How to swap RAM on the Lenovo LOQ

warning never you any metal tool to remove battery connection. i did once and short the motherboard thank god it repaired at chip level. Please use plastic tools to disconnect battery

I saw a comment on this again, but 2 things.
1 - (on the same note as another comment) NEVER use a metal piece to remove connectors, specially the battery
2 - please don't turn your pc over without the bottom case, your battery is exposed and you might short something if it touches a conductive material

Yo, my lenovo LOQ 15 intel has 8 GB 5600 ram installed, but runs on 5200 because of cpu limitation. I want to buy a 16 GB stick for total of 24 GB. Should I buy 5600 or 5200? Does it matter?

Personally,It doesn’t matter because it’s gonna run at 5200mhz speed any but I would just go ahead and get the 5200mhz ram
