    The pictures and the drawn ones are so similar- yet the drawn are smaller, but somehow show so much detail, how old or how much younger the people look.
    I tried myself, since i always liked small sketches, but it was hard. But im 100%, that the practise will pay off.
    Thanks for the tutorial, Scottie!

    Thanks Scottie, very useful. I think after drawing 100 small faces like this, we could begin to build the confidence and skills needed to draw them as smoothly as you do.

    I like this....quick and simple....I appreciate that since I don't have a long attention span

      Nope, nor me neither. LOL ;-) So, I tend to prefer my videos to be extremely 'short'. If it's a long video...; then, already my attention has wondered off to go watch a different video, instead; in this way, I tend to have loads of browser windows open all together at once.

    Great thanks. When I drew, there were some areas where the ink smudged. Is there anything special about the paper or pen you use?

    Do you typically use a heavier or a lighter weight pen when doing these small faces?

    • @SketchingScottie
      @SketchingScottie  3 месяца назад

      Previously I was using a lighter weight pen but when I made this tutorial I was finding my heavier weight was working very nicely on the sold press watercolor paper.
