Before 2 years i was 65kg at age 21 while was engaged in sport. now its 80 kg age 23 .after schooling i was working and stopped practicing and physical fitness. Starting this year started pushups 12*6 sets a day recovery for a 2-3 days for a week. Pull-ups hits damn hard because of my tummy and gonna start cardio training. Happy that you mentioned the exact reason for failures. Some just say resistance bands helps and bla bla but you said the reality. Keep it up.
My push ups results are... 1st set - 12+ reps easily done 2nd set - 12 to 13 reps done till failure 3rd set - 9 reps done till failure I do push ups at a slow to moderate pace with an interval of 90 seconds between each set. At times, i purposely do it very slowly to make it harder. So far , i do only body weight exercises... No gym experience though.... I am passionate about fitness... Working towards getting a fit body, not necessarily muscular...
Now. My shoulder tap push up results are. 1 st set - 12 easily done 2 nd set - 12 easily done 3 rd set - 12 done. Have to progress to next level in push ups to make it even more challenging.....

But anna you forget to tell tempo. Ex: Wall pushups 2 sec down 1 sec pause 2 sec up. You would suggest some accuracy points for exercise. I hope this mistake not continue in future videos.😁😁

Hii bro I am just 15 years old boy , before 30 days I really done only 24 pushups but now I can do more than 75 pushups in one set without anyone guiding me or watching any videos fo doing pushups . I need to tell u that the increaseing of count of pushups or pullups doesn't take more time like 2months or 3 months if anyone do hard work , then they defenately achieve the count of the pullups or pushups more than his/her goal.
