    And for beginners in pull ups mostly if you can find a Smith machine
    1. Use the bench to support your self
    2. Practise protraction and retraction
    3. Adjust the bar slowly increase the range of motion and strength before moving to main pull ups 😊

    dei thambi i respect your hardwork.Gym is not for everyone da. I was inspired and went to gym. I knew I was weak so 1 week cardio dha pannen. After a week weight poda start panen. again I knew starting ey over weight pota problem varum nu. so I started with very few kg of weights whereas my friend was doing double the weight of mine.workout mudichu adutha naal ennoda scrotum la semma pain.doctor kitta poi keta this is vericocele nu sonanga.vericocele is something which cannot be cured.adhoda kashtam enaku theriyum. so avasarapattu yaarum gym pogatheenga. normal exercise panunga walking jogging and then start running.. plz don't fall in the trap of these celebrities look and u tubers.
    health is what more important than beauty. we are all average people who struggle to survive in this society. so we need to take care of ourself.ellaroda safety kaaga dha indha comment panren.I respect ur hardwork and success tharun. still gym is not for everyone. it is a risk. god bless everyone. stay healthy and happy 😊

    Starting stage la pushups eh podhum...body shape kedaikum...appopo leg exercise pannikanum...aprama tuning ku gym polam...na apdi panni tha 48 to 67 kg increase pannen .. pushups laye neraya varieties iruku. Triceps, shoulder,back, whole body nu pushups thania eduklaam.
    Push-up is like lifting our own weight.
    Find your diet which your body likes.
    My diet was panneer, chicken.
    Cold coffee in morning for mind boost..
