I hope you also will do a video on dealing with loneliness, especially during the holiday season. How to deal with being alone (as a result of addiction and/ or trauma) I think many of us can relate to that feeling and experience 😢❤

I understand the thoughts & feelings of being alone over a long term, though, I refuse to accept that I am lonely because this does not help me to become attractive to others so I could end up more alone.
I am careful with the words I permit my mind to accept. When I disagree with using words I reframe the though I just had using words that leave the future open to change. I remind myself I deserve better from myself.
I hope you have a calm & peaceful holiday season.

I used to love Christmas when I was a child... the gifts, no school... but with time my family made me hate it, especially after my father died. My mother used Christmas to play her pity game and I realized everyone was fighting for attention otherwise the drama was unavoidable.
Nowadays I'm in no contact and I don't even turn on the TV... the Christmas I have lived had nothing to do with traditional Catholic tradition except for stereotypes but so fake.
I don't have to deal with family or brothers and sisters in law 😂
Peace is priceless even if I have no one to share it with.
Have yourself a very good meaningful Christmas even if you are on your own 😉❤️

Sadly, my family is no longer talking to me since I am in my healing process. Christmas by myself this year

Can you explain indeed, the place (Deurne East-Antwerp Belgium)/sort of people/environment where I live: during 8 years, maybe 3 people have asked how I am doing. Why is that? And yes, I have tried first to say hello, talk, being kind, 'how are you', etc. But nothing comes back, only gossiping and unkindness. So I stopped and do not want contact with anybody in my neighborhood!! Although I feel very lonely and hold on to every kind person I meet elsewhere. But also that is tiring since I am in such big need of friendship. Xmas? I spend alone every year. I do not care anymore. Thank you for your attention

Well funny enough I've just had my first police welfare check.
I think a lot of this stems from the situation of My mothers dad, Bruce Dugan,
"Pop" who is practically worshipped as a God on earth
He was never a farmer, Hes a chemist, Yet he has a large farm that he expects everyone to visit.
It is honestly like a cult. You can think of it like a scapegoat on steroids, "Pop"
has had 2 daughters and 2 sons,
All but one son have had children of their own,
    There is no Authenticity, Integrity
And so the generational trauma cycle continues.
