I believe at about 28:00 you are mistaken, when explaining the Command and Decree option. The Command must be done in all chosen spaces, either before or after the Decree. You cannot do the Command in some spaces, do the Decree, then come back to the Command. Also, during an attack, any die rolls of 1 cannot be screened. Since the Attacker chooses his Calvary options first, he can use his Calvary to bring rolls down to 1 making them immune from screening.
You are correct on both counts! Thanks for catching that... I was using the old COIN rule "Operation > Special Activity > Operation" is allowed. I have to unlearn that rule.
yes, but to be fair I was in on early playtesting just as I was beginning to learn and understand COIN games, so it's hard for me to say outright. I do believe it will be an excellent gateway to the COIN series, eve more so than Cuba Libre or People Power. DEFINITELY easier than Gandhi!
ooooo, tough question, don't make me choose between my favourite children... hahaha. They both serve their purposes, I like this for the game play and way-back dive in to history, but I like People Power because I am really in to the topic of 20th century peoples' revolutions. I did play Vijayanagara quite a bit solo as the Sultanate, and had a blast, I need to do the same with PP. One thing I do like better with Vijayanagara is that even the non-Player factions use resources so you do get the full experience even when solo'ing.
This is one of the best board game rules explanations I have aver seen. And definitely the best one for war games. Congrats! I wish you had even more! 😂🎉 Levy and Campaign for example feels uncrackable for me 😅 pls help haha

Very helpful ... great Job! I love this game. It is more comfortable and easier to play than other coin games!
This game is a masterpiece
Thanks for this! Just bought the game recently.
This is terrific! Your video has just lowered the entry level for this game by a lot. Thank you. Hope to see some more of that (Pendragon maybe ;) ).
Excellent - i'm soooo happy to hear that, it's exactly the reason why i make these vids. cheers!
Outstanding! Thanks very much for providing this tutorial -- our first game is tomorrow night!
EXCELLENT, this is exactly why I make this, to help others with their first game. Enjoy! (I'm sure you will)
So awesome, in the beginning, every Event card appropriately placed geographically, thumbs up! Appreciated detail, every History detail is great.
Do you find that this is easier to learn/pick up than other COiN games like Cuba Libre?

Yes it’s definitely easier and also more accessible just because the time investment is so much shorter
Do you like it better this one or People Power?

Great work, WDTPD!

Thank you for the kind words! There will be more in the future, as for L&C games - probably Henry and/or Seljuk when they're available.
Thanks for the tutorial, very helpful!
