They sort of did with a unicorn version, but it is a P Bandai kit. Also Bandai's habits more MG into P-Bandai is getting really prevalent. I just went ahead and bought the old version since I don't want to pay double for a P bandai, and this kit is getting hard to find.
Very nice review! I personally love the Re-Gz and I think it's an underrated design. I hope it gets a RG someday but even if it doesn't, I'm qute happy with my HGUC; it's actually one of the sturdiest kits I've ever built.
idk why, but the chars counterattack HGUC kits from that time were so sturdy compared to what came after them. my Jegans, RE-GZ, Nu, etc. are almost a decade old and they’re still solid af
@@flatbxtch6141 100% agreed. I have the HGUC Nu, ReGz and Sazabi and all three are rock solid. Even better than some more expensive figures (the latest Robot Spirits F91 is loose as hell).
We haven't got a version 2.0 yet, but the P-bandai Re-GZ Custom is closest so far & defs worth checking out. They say its a version 1.5 of this outdated Re-GZ !
Hey man would really like to see you review the custom version of this it has some pretty good improvements here and there although it's still the same kit overall
With the high grade having a full inner frame in the legs and some stupendously solid shoulder joints, I don't know about this one. The Re-Gz is one of my favorite high grades.
The transformation is, indeed, wonky. Thankfully, I think the lack of a transformation is part of what makes the Re-GZ so distinct in the Zeta family, and its appearance without the BWS is ideal for me. Its appearance in GBO2 omits the BWS entirely, making the Re-GZ and the Re-GZ custom two entirely different MS with very different playstyles.
trevor bowen Out of 10’s seem too nebulous to me. Never liked them. But a 1-5 is simpler for people to get at a glance. Its easier to understand a 3 is average, 4 above average, and 5 perfect. Compared to sites that use 1-10’s and they usually fall into the trap of 7/10 being their middle score. The limited amount of numbers in a 1-5 keeps everything standardized as well. I also throw in .5’s for variety and prevent boring scores like 4-4-4-5 or something. Originally I was shooting for a star system too, but never got around to it lol. On top of that, I do throw in an unrounded percentage score at the end to satisfy people that want a more specific score.
@@redheadphones6 out of personal opinion, having a low score system with a decimal places seem to be odd. I completely understand what your talking about with a ten point system, but when I see decimals i try and calculate and perceive them as a whole number as that's how I've managed to do math through high school and college when possible. Completely personal way of thought process on my end.
Thanks for watching!

Are you looking forward to the Unicorn version with the updated inner frame?
I heard this kit was so underwhelming that Char leaked Bandai the technology to make the MG Nu Gundam.
The RG was better tho
Wait rg
@@fused481 you just found out?
Oh wait I thought you were talking about the RE-GZ not the nu and I got confused
I bet he using Nord VPN
We need a 2.0 for this. I want one so bad like just the Re-GZ not any custom versions

Closest we have is the Side-F exclusive MG Re-GZ (CCA Ver.), which is just a record of the MG Re-GZ (Unicorn Ver.) and is essentially a MG Re-GZ 1.5
@@Amigo1048 Yes. Pity Is a Gundam Base kit so very hard and costy to get It outside Japan

@@flatbxtch6141 both of my hg sazabi and nu is still standing compare to rg sinanju. That should tell how solid they are.
I love the regz so it pains me to hear it’s not that good I wish they would make 2.0 version
regz custom seems to fix a lot of the issues of the old one.
Can you do the MG gouf custom please?
We haven't got a version 2.0 yet, but the P-bandai Re-GZ Custom is closest so far & defs worth checking out. They say its a version 1.5 of this outdated Re-GZ !
Sadly its not that good
I recommend getting the Unicorn Version, it uses new inner frame from Re-GZ Custom's new parts, but still use the old design
I kinda hate this kit. The blue plastic on 2 copies I have are both very brittle. Though I really want to improve on it :D... one day... soon :D

ah very good review very simple but very straight to the point keep it up!

Hello sir ! Ilove your reviews!! :)
Philippine Gunpla Hello! Thank you! ;)
Wait there is a mg!!! Wow. I want it. I just built the hg and it's awesome. So a mg is exactly what I want!!! Just love the looks and colors!
I've built the MG Re-GZ and i did mine with out the use of the screws and it still holds together without falling apart
This Mobile Suit was destroyed very fast

Mg seed kits nxt bro. Nice review btw
Seed is cringe
@@frogonawall4931 kits are good
may we never speak of this again
I didn't hate building this, but I gotta say, the backpack was the worst part in so many ways.
Think I might want this!!!!!
Sir do a delta plus review, seeing how carefull you handle the kits you review
needs some fixing in the rifle and BWS and good to go , i guess
At the end of the video you said this would look good standing next to your Sazabi. I think you meant to say next your Nu Gundam. 😉
ReGz ver ka.
I've been collecting Char and Amuro suits lately, been thinking about getting this one. Maybe I should skip.
For what's considered to be worst and dated 67.5% sounds very generous and even above average. Maybe you're just to positive of a reviewer.
Other people just tend to exaggerate how bad it is. People just jump to 'worst' or 'best' when a lot is really just 'alright' like this Re-GZ.
Who says that the MG Re-GZ Is worst MG never built a GP01 😂
lol agreed. As much as I like the GP01 (have a review of the 01 and FB), damn, do they show their age.
@@redheadphones6 Yes. We deserve a 2.0 GP01 by Bandai or like the Solomon GP02 by a third party
Can we just get whole numbers and none of those .5's. Might as well as just make it out of 10 at that point.
