I think water pressure is the name of the game with submersibles...like, how deep could it safely go before the windows have too much weight on them or the seals fail? That's the first things I'd want to button up. Definitely an awesome idea though.
You would need to reroute the exhaust and intake, then reinforce the glass and all seals. This is a general good question: Just because this beast can enter the water, and make its way across the water, does not mean it will will have the proper landing, entrance angle and footing to crawl out of the pond.
I'm sure that before he enters the water he already knows where he will exit and has assessed the grade of the exit ramp. It's no different than driving any other class A, advance planning is required so you don't get into a situation that you can't get out of.

Wonderful 🌿
Great idea but I'd scrap the heavy wood and marble inside for composites. This may allow the pontoons to be made smaller or dispensed with altogether. Composites can be made to look like anything but weigh a fraction of the real thing plus they are totally weather proof. Great build though - well done!
I am am I Smart guy. You didnt take him down . you know budgetvand timevand what hell?! I wanna keepnin contact with you
40ft by 9ft beam and looks to be a nearly 4ft draft. Trust me this thing has the same displacement of a mid size yacht. The pontoons are merely for stability and offer little bouyancy
the pontoons are for stability only
Whatever floats their... ahhh RV...
XD
Fact: the waters actually 3 feet deep🤣
TwOxSiDe no
TwOxSiDe if it was then explain that guy diving off the RV into the water hmm
Unplug 1 the man clearly after he dives vanishes into the limbo untill hes seen again by the camera and then he spawns back in the water
Exposed
Unplug 1 i think he meant it as a joke
Americans are Genius
"it's never been done before" It always amazes me how confident they are throwing such statement

Bad enough dealing with an RV on land.
No thanks.

Bye bye paying tolls
I cannot wait to find out if our U.S. gov’t is ever going to make this illegal. I’ll be LMAO.

Spoiler: bill is a naval architect and skilled fabricator who loves r.v.s
That is just amazing. This should be done on cars this is my future home I love it!!! Would definitely buy one! HAVE YOU GOT ONE FOR SALE? how much would you sell that one for??? Really good
If you buy that one, get rid of all that wood, as it takes away from how amazing the inside can really look. There's so much that you can do with that inside (when it comes to design) to make it immaculate!!!
@@pahzplace7853 keep in mind this was filmed sometime around 2005
He also builds amphibious sports cars

my friend and i were talking one day that if either one of us won the lottery, of 50 million or more, we would buy a motorhome and just travel where possiable the road leads, but to have one of these would make it so much more fun, because i like water, like fishing, she does too, we would have so much more things to do, i would pay up to 5 million for one of these, with a few add ons, solar panels for the lighting and electrical stuff to eliminate some use of rv battery life, but everything is there including i seen washer dryer, which is so awsome, never have to hunt down a laundry matt, which are becoming rare wow sending this video to my friend right now
Right, and if you put wings on it you could fly. It's a deathtrap.

Wow it's a good invention. You don't have to own a property to park. You can be on land and in water. Thumbs up guys.
Good luck finding a insurance company willing to represent you

Yeah he might as well give up. No I don't think of problems I think of challenges.
@@3RDCOASTSWANGIN Asshole😂😂😂😂😂
There are specialty insurance companies or freelancers who will work with him.. I used to do it.
They should make it a business. Maybe charge people 20$ for a 10 minute trip around the water
In the Netherlands these busses are part of our public transport system. In Rotterdam at least, that I know of. Really cool, if you ask me!
Tingelmans that gives me even a better idea, why not use this as a transport bus/boat to get you around the lake?
@@tamim_alsulaiti thats exactly what happens in Rotterdam, indeed. They sail in the port of Rotterdam and get you around the port. They start on land and just cross the water to the other side. Very cool!
@@Tingelmans they got these but they look way different in Seattle. Looks like a boat with wheels.
@@Yajawbroni I looked them up on Google and I have to say, although it looks a bit weird, is has something charming as well!
