Hi, Great Video, thanks! Just followed about the same path for my 3V 2007 Convertible Mustang : FRPP Intake + FRPP Throttle Body, FRPP Hot Rod CAMs, JLT 3 Cold Air Intake, FRPP 3 1/2 one piece Aluminium DriveShaft, FRPP 4.10 Gears + FRPP Cover, BBK Long Tube Headers + BBK Catted X-Pipes, S-Type Borla Cat back Mufflers + of course a Custom Tune. Got it on dyno about a couple of weeks ago and got 326.1HP @6591RPM and 294.8ft/lbs TQ @5098RPM when DA was more than 2000 ft. Will Post a Video hopefully by the end of next week if I'm able to finish my video editing.
If he had bigger cams would be worth 20whp in the upper rev range which is noticeable. I gained 26 whp in the peak with a ported one on a MHS heads/cam package.
I have 2008 procharged mustang. The intake and throttle body didn’t increase the rwhp that much. Maybe like 10 rwhp.. however torque went from 414 to 438.. that was noticeable.. those upgrades really aren’t worth it unless you’re boosted. Final rwhp was 492. Stock internals.. anything too much higher is not recommended.

Hell I might as well save that money then. Idk about y’all but $800 for 10 to 15 extra horsepower ain’t worth it to me

He had the throttle body as well so it’s more than 800 😂
My 2010 F150 has this engine basically. Power to weight stock not bad. With bolt ons omg
Isn't your 4.6 a 2v engine?
@ROTTINGDEAD no, the 2010 4.6 f150 is the 3v 4.6 which puts out 290hp-320trq mated to a 6spd automatic
You will see more gains with that set up if the car is boosted.. seen several reviews where they say not worth the cost unless your boosted

I'm stuck I can't decide between the holley sniper efi intake or the ford racing intake
I'm curious about the "jegs" sheet metal intake for the 4.6 3v. How it compares to the ford racing intake.
I've only seen that manifold in forced Induction applications and have had the opportunity of doing a before and after test.
