Wow! Opossum mom shows her babies in her pouch!

Opossum mom shows us her babies! Her pouch is getting to be very full! I am not sure if we will see the babies once they leave the pouch, which should be very soon, but it's fun to see them at this stage. It was so nice of her to sit facing the camera tonight!! If you watch closer to the end, she will even sit up and wash her sweet face and you can get a good view of one of the babies' tails!! I hope you enjoy this video as much as I do! I love that you have a bit of food for everyone. Poor Mama, I bet the extra food makes a big difference for her.

I haven't seen her in a few days but I was trying to. make sure I put food out there just before dark for her. I think she's around but not sure where the babies are now. The raccoons have been eating most of the food so she has only made brief appearances on the cameras.
