Where do you find hope and inspiration?
I find hope in God.I do not hold on to any illness because Jesus Christ of Nazareth told me by his stripes I am heal and I beleive his words.
@@sweets5941 finding hope and inspiration is so key to healing isn’t? Thanks so much for watching.

Thank you for setting up this channel. Like you, when I was diagnosed with MS, I thought for sure life was going to go down hill from here. But I pulled up my pants, shook myself off and figured out a new way to do things. I went through the seven stages of grief for my old life and moved forward. I can still do my favourite hobby, which is cross stitching, and still enjoy life’s pleasures. It’s not over! Enjoy what you love and figure out a way to keep living it.
This is so awesome!! I think we all go throw those stages of grief. I am so happy that you still enjoy life’s pleasures. I do cross stitching too!
Thank you ! My son was diagnosed last year and it was tough ! He is slowly getting back to his normal life. 🙏
Thanks for watching Lisa! So glad your son is getting back to a normal life.
Thank you for this and for all of your videos. I was drawn to your channel because of the name of it. I ‘got it’ that it was referring to the hymn. And then after watching a few videos I saw what a sweet spirit you have. I have not been diagnosed but firmly believe that I have MS and it began about 10 years ago. I can’t get a health care professional to listen to me. I begin reading off my list of crazy neuro symptoms that I have experienced over the years and they turn me off and start chasing a rabbit. I don’t have the energy to keep looking for someone to help me so I just live the best life that I can with healthy diet and lifestyle. And I have my faith in God. Thank you for all that you do. You are a great encouragement.
Thanks so much Donna! I am sorry you are having such frustrations with doctors. Keep advocating for yourself and keep taking exquisite care of yourself.
I was diagnosed to MS November, 2019. I did a lot of research, I’ve been reading books, latest researches, following many doctors and MS patients. I came across with your channel only recently, (to be honest I was so surprised when I watched your videos because you have an amazing content here, I was like how did I missed this channel how I never seen you!) and it’s been super helpful. You include all the things those MS patients needs to know from diet to exercises everything. Thank you so much for being here ❤
Thanks so much!! You have made my day! 😊 please feel free to share the channel with others.

Thank you so much. Your videos are very encouraging. May I ask a question. Did you stop taking steroids? Doing well purely with your diet plan? I am afraid of steroids.
Thanks for watching! I did take steroids for my relapse and am now taking a DMT (the generic of Copaxone). I can’t give medical advice but I can share my experience and thoughts. I am not a fan of steroids either but if I have a serious relapse, I would consider taking them again. That said, I am doing very well with my DMT, diet, exercise, sleep, mindfulness and supplements. No relapses in 7 years! 🙂
Thanks a lot. Every single word of your giving lot of strength. I would like to talk to you one on one if that is possible. Would you mind if we can discuss through a zoom call ?
