I see from the comments that I first did this practice about 4 months ago. I have to say that I enjoyed it just as much this time, as I did the first time! I was such a perfect balance of strength, flexibility, meditation , balance, and focus, and of course stillness. I love the idea of finding stillness within movement, because yes, the Universe is constantly in motion. It's finding that stillness within that truly brings peace. Thank you for such a truly lovely practice. I love the words and intention you bring to the practice, Michelle. Without this introspection, yoga would just be a series of exercises, but with intention it becomes a spiritual practice, a meditation.
I love how you go beyond the asana limb of yoga in your teachings. Most online yoga classes focus only on the physical aspect, however your classes facilitate much spiritual growth even through a laptop screen in my home. Wonderful! Namaste.
Wonderful practice, Michelle! Certainly challenging but your understanding that all moments are so fleeting and that when you're in a difficult pose, you said "feel how it feels to be alive" and it was just a great flow especially for where I am in my life, I need to absolutely harness more stillness. You are truly a master, you know what we're feeling and how to adjust the pose even when you're not in it. And your adjustments are ALWAYS dead on. Namaste as always

Hi Michelle, This is my second yoga practice with you. My first was a yin class 2 days ago, and I'm back for more today, in this vinyasa style practice. I thoroughly loved it! It was very challenging physically at times, long holds are a lot more difficult than they appear to be, to an outside observer! I love the cultivation of stillness of the mind, especially needed for me these past few days. I have been wrestling with some anxiety and indecision, and wanting to control. My mind thinks that if I can gain "control", then that will ease my anxiety. Thank you for the contemplations during the class, I will try to remember that peace truly comes from stillness and allowing, rather than orchestrating and controlling! Thank you so much for offering these classes, I am so glad I discovered you :)
