//ABOUT ME
Hello, My name is Mert, I am a professional 3D artist with nearly 10 years experience, I have started to share all my knowledge with you, my main software is Cinema 4D and my professions are Modeling/Product Visualization/Shading/Lighting/Rendering/Compositing/Motion Graphics Based Animations.
Always my first choice for problem solving C4D modeling. I consider this RUclips channel a masterclass in advanced modeling.
Thank you, really appreciated
I can actually feel my brain expanding when I watch one of your tutorials. Brilliant stuff.
Thank you very much!
You are the best teacher! I used to think that I will never be good at modeling because I don't understand the logics of it and because everything seemed to me so complicated. Thanks to your tutorials, amazing attitude and ability to explain and teach, now I am not scared of it and able to do some simple stuff. I will continue to practice with your lessons. Thanks a million ❤
Greate to hear these, thank you and good luck with 3D.
Absolutely amazing, by far the best modelling techniques I have come across on RUclips. Mind blowing.
Thank you very much :)
And again you do something that even with years of C4D I didn't know. Place the bend off the plane. Because being inside as used, the subdivision causes a distortion. The way you put the hierarchy, the distortion does not occur. Thank you!
Yeah, It realised it very recently actually, very powerfull,
The smooth brush trick was genius! I would have never thought about doing that!
Thank you for sharing, because my language is not English, so I use Google Translate to reply to you.
The first hole MS 1 -100%, a single point can make a hole. For circles with points that are multiples of 4 or more, your method is very useful. For the ellipse, I use a disc, then UD-MB, and then tangent capture.
Thank you for sharing, I have learned a lot through your video, which is very helpful to me
Glad that it helped :)
You are amazing,, i'm thankful that i found your channel ,, u solve so much problems in modeling in an easy way ,,,
Thank you, these tips are so useful, and not easy to find elsewhere
Thank you very much from Russia! ^^, very helpful! Keep going!

I’ve been looking for good c4d modeling resources for a while now. Your videos are incredible! Thank you so much for sharing your expertise!
Thanks, glad you liked them
Excellent!!!! I stopped at 2.10 seconds to type this HELPFUL ALREADY!!! I have been a little rusty after 20 years. I hope this can work instead of Boole all the time and with the ability to type in accurate dimensions!!!
Awesome!

It’s so useful!
Wow, great and thanks!
Thanks
Strong logical thinking, excellent speech. A beginner like me can't do it,Thank you for your guidance, sir
Genius!
Well done)
Awesome , thanks 😊
Coming from a background in Blender I wonder why C4D doesn’t have a tool like the one in Blender called Shape Tools. You can literally take any edge loops and regardless of how many vertices it has it will form the verts into a circle. Just right-click, Shape Tools, Circle (there are other options as well). Regardless, I’m learning so much from you now as I learn C4D!
It's an old version of C4D. There is a Fit Circle tool in a recent versions
De obligada visión. Gracias.
Nice!! Thank you.
It would be amazing if you could do another tut just like this, but show how to get a sharp, rectangular hole along a curved surface. I was struggling a lot with that yesterday on a project I'm working on.
Thank you, nice suggestion!
Very cool.
CD4 has "fit circle" option in RS26
Amazing
you are a pro
Very much helpful Sir; Bless You!
Pls could you share your approach on a detailed bottle cap?
Yeah,I may do that.
Started with the GUn modeling part 1, and stacked into the part, where there should be a hole. Got to this video, problem solved !Thanks a lot! Hope your gonna do the whole modeling process of the Car. Thanks!
Awesome, I am working on it, car modeling masterclass should be online in 2 months.
@@polygonpen Great news!Keep doing this amazing job!And thanks for a fast response ! Greetings from Ukraine! ^)
You're welcome Sergii :)
eline sağlık hocam
Teşekkürler.
To me it kinda looks like you're creating unlimited holes on a flat surface and then bending it, but if it works then it's a perfectly valid and great technique
Please teach us to make square holes in round objects
Belissimo! =)
hi man thats cool...
Teach how to make model a vacuum cleaner if possible...thanks
Why don't you watch videos that show you how to model and then attempt it yourself?
@@millie2079 hi Man .. I am looking for different modeling methods ... not making a specific model ... for example I used a vacuum cleaner.
Great
it's work only Disc with Bend right??
is it work with Cylinder?
Thanks
No it works with every surface type, and it doesn't have to be a cylinder, you can adjust the curve with the bend deformer .
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Im so thankful for this simple foundational tutorial. I bought greyscale gorilla plus hoping to have find 1 tutorial on how to legitimately polymodel with good typology. Sadly I was mistaken.
Thank you :)
BUT WHAT IF WE NEED ANY OTHER SHAPE LIKE STAR ? Dont mind for caps, just wanted to notice as quick as possible :D
well, I don't know , I should try that but it should also work for complx shapes as well, as long as you don't break the polygon distributions, I mean there should be even sized polygons as much as possible

why cinema does not have "make circular" or "make flat" MAXON needs to step up the modeling part on c4d.
U r Turkish right?
Yes.
@@polygonpen Aksani hep tanimisimdir da. Saolun elinize agziniza saglik. C4d hard surface modelleme gercekten basa bela. Ben rhinoda cizip c4dye aktarip retopo yapiyorum cok gerekliyse.
Tesekkurler, Rhino hic kullanmadim, ilk hangi programda basliyinca oyle gidiyor gibi geliyor.
