Honestly i dont know what 80% of the things they say mean, but hearing 2 guys going back and about things they love and being so knowledgeable about it is really fun to watch
Peter is an essential employee. Roman, I love your input as always, but please let Peter have more speech time. The man has extensive knowledge, and it shows that he is itching to say more. He just needs more opportunities on "Grey market."

For me the best one yet. This was a great mix of pieces from all spectrums. I enjoyed the variety, the F.PJourne piece WOW! One day I hope to own a piece like that, even see one in real life. I can only imagine how stunning that piece would look under a loupe. Great video, KEEP EM COMING!

Guys, the onyx dial Date Just is a very rare bird, and I really love that PP Lemania chrono, theese are my favorite of this unboxing.

I think the 5396 actually is an annual calendar but it’s not a Calatrava.

I have. White dial Daytona I purchased. from my AD in 2016 the last year of the SS Bezel and I just checked it has the APH dial....what premium does this put on the watch?
In complete transparency, these do not yield a huge premium. This was a print error and there were many thousand examples made. Hope this answers your question 🙏

You know I'm not really big on rubber straps and I thought it kind of got played out but the oysterflrx on those Rolexes are cheeky. I agree with Roman It makes the watch face pop

That 5270 1/R... I still remember when prices were ridiculous crazy and the 2nd hand values had the 5711 pretty much at the same value as a 5270R, and I was like, SERIOUSLY??? Now that same 5711 has come back down by 50%, meanwhile these 5270's are still holding quite well. That's what happens when people buy into hype and speculation, as opposed to buying the real grail stuff, where hundreds of hours are put in to create a single masterpiece of a watch.
Are you able to change the bracelet into strap for the patek perp calendar?
Not 100% sure but I don't think you can takeoff the bracelet on the 5270/1R 😁👍
P.s I love how Roman is winding his men up so future him can sit on his big ben well deserved crown with family and leave an eternity hungry for all that is time but not........Roman from my personal loves "watches" but boy is he the Yoda of you are your watch....u are beyond your wrist...on your wrist you twist but beyond the wrist and endless..........whatever u do be and be passionate, empathy, man, woman heart, good intentions but see things through to the end....Into watches or not Roman, Marco messi 🏴☠️🇨🇮crazy inspirational men🏴☠️🇮🇪

The APH dial Daytonas are not rare at all. From 2012 to 2016 half the dials were aph. Classic selling point but go sell one and you won't get anything more

Sodalite is more like lapis lazuli it's its own group the "sodalites" which include lazurite, not related to corundum (Rubis/Sapphire).

@15.06, rolex won't do what artisans de geneve are doing because artisans de geneve are already doing it. Ultimately, those "rolexes" from artisans de geneve are recognised by their uniqueness but everyone knows they aren't done by rolex. They have absolutely no reason to make big changes to what is already classic because people ultimately like classics, especially when they're rolex.
