No way a 1963 sub with a band so stretched so obviously worn everyday is going to have a dial and hands in that as new condition! Aside from the big red Daytona and the Patel and VC all these watches are wrong in one way or the other, god help the guy who buys the “Paul Newman “ the only thing pn about it is the dial, the bezel is wrong, no original strap and did you notice the case back gasket hanging out the back of the case!!!

Patina hasn’t got anything to do with how much you but rather with the amount of sunlight it got. Also the tritium can have very big differences in the way it patinas over time

It had the manual wind Valjoux 72 first at 18,000 and the to 21,600 beat rate adapted by Rolex until 1988 then Rolex adopted and modified the Zenith El Primero automatic Chronograph reducing the beat rate from 36,000 to 28,800
That first Seamaster needs a service, the chrono hand is way off. The second one's hour indicator hadn't reset, he didn't operate or wind any of them, these guys should discuss condition and history,but as a vintage guy im seeing red flags. The explorer didnt start up, nor did the sub so the movements are tired. Also they didn't know Zenith made vintage Daytona movements, this is a bit of a amateur shizzle show Im sorry, not trolling but this is a really dissapointing episode.
Well the pre-1988 Daytona had Valjoux 72 movements, not Zenith... Still they had no idea, for a professional seller that has bought valuable Daytona's like this it's kind of strange they did not know.
Would be amazing to see you review more Omega watches, definitely my favorite brand out there and they have everything from affordable to extremely rare!
The Submariner in 1963 had Gilt Chapter Ring Meter first dial or underline dial…not that one …6264 have black bezel and pump buttons…maybe is a 6265…lots of mistakes but beautiful video

He was wrong when he said the grail watch had a Rolex movement. It has the Valjoux 727 movement which is an outsourced movement.

The 6263 Daytona uses a manual wind Valjoux 727 movement. The Zenith is reference 16520.

My 1981 Daytona Panda Big Red 6263 has the Valjoux manual movement and Acrylic crystal, Zenith-powered generation arrived in 1988.
