Definitely see where you are coming from. Obviously it really depends what level you are collecting at. I think many watches make for great starter watches that aren't a Gerald Genta designed watch from a Holy Trinity brand. Be it from Tudor, Breitling, Omega or even from the likes of Tissot, Hamilton or Seiko, so many awesome watches out there to be had 😁🙌

My first starter was a black dial open heart bulova surveyor 21 jewels and man I love this one and sell it like hot cakes because it’s just looks phenomenal and obviously I have so people can see how it looks

That's what it's all about! Don't get me wrong I love Rolex, AP and Patek like everyone else but you see that plastered everywhere. Always a pleasure with these unboxings as we get to experience tons of new watches, brands and complications 😁🙌

Depends on the watch and since we're handling them in the unboxings we get fingerprints all over the watches 😅 Good to know from now on we'll clean with a cloth before showing footage of them 😁👍

I wonder about some of the deeper scrathces on the higher end pieces.
Sometimes if a piece is polished, it loses the immaculate factory finishing. How do you determine if a piece is too far gone??? Is there such a thing as too far gone??
Looking for advice , im a hard working family man from england, im in love with rolex, but im living on a budget , what would you recomend for me to aim at getting with a rolex, i want a rolex for myself to enjoy and to be able to pass down to my son.
Awesome to hear and a great aspiration to have! My recommendation is maybe to seek out a preceramic Rolex Submariner like a reference 16610 or 14060. These can be had for a great value and will outlive us and your son easily. Pure and purpose built tool watches made to standup to the rigors of everyday use and it is a timeless design that will endure for centuries to come 😁🙌

The Batman that you referred to as a 116 looked like a Batgirl 126 to me but on an Oyster bracelet rather than the Jubilee. The reason I say that is because of the Rolex crown at the 6pm position between the words "swiss" and "made" which is a 126 feature, not a 116?

That's definitely a fair assessment. I think it truly needs to be seen in person to be appreciated. Very easy to feel this way until you see it in person and it is truly shocking to see the quality and attention to detail AP puts into their watches 😁🙌
