Tiles use ചെയ്താൽ നല്ല echo ഉണ്ടാവും. Not a great idea. I'm talking about the sound system install. Its gonna be difficult and needs a lot of fine tuning.
Positives - 1) Tiles for Walls, I think thats an excellent idea to use second quality tiles for walls 2) V board and Steel frames - Good, I will utilize the same for my home too. Need to know drawbacks of V Board too 3) V Board Walls - Good, need more research, is it the same as Ferro cement or different? 4) some interior components are excellent - Teepoy, breakfast counter, Key holder, Cup holder etc Negatives - 1) Stone filled grill pillars - This is highly impractical for Kerala climate. 2) Ventilation 0 Very less no of windows overall 3) Room Height - Room height is not adequate 4) Thermal comfort- I dont believe that this house has thermal insulation. Heat will be higher 5) Kitchen - Using bathroom faucer does not make sense. How many times the user will have to touch it while washing dishes? 6) Kitchen - Where is the stove? I dont thnk people can cook and eat here 7) Kitchen Chimney - Hope there is an exhaust fan there 8) Water tank - Why waste money on pressure booster when you easily built the tank a little more higher 9) Kitchen- Why settle for a small 2 star fridge? 10) splitting 1.5 ton AC- sounds silly to me.
