Infrared Sauna Blankets as well as infrared therapies, such as infrared saunas, have increased in popularity over the past few years. While I've tried an infrared sauna, I had never tried a sauna blanket prior to trying MiHigh. The blanket definitely did a great job in making me sweat and I saw some immediate results through data tracked on my Whoop and sleep tracking app. This video is an unboxing of the MiHigh as well as a review of the product and my first use of it.

I’ve got a first generation sauna blanket from mihigh - it’s GREAT - you can use it on the floor comfortably if you don’t want to get sweat on your sheets.
I’ve used mine for a couple of days now and I think it’s great. Can definitely feel the difference on how my skin feels and I do tend to sleep like a rock. The only downfall I seem to be experiencing is I feel really sluggish when I wake up now like I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning but that wears off in time.
Don’t forget to Hydrate after ! Electrolytes too 😎

What are your thoughts on this product 7 months later? I just purchased one and am a person that loves the sauna at my gym (I try to go 3-4x a week). I have read multiple reviews and most are positive. Thanks for your review!
I’m still enjoying it. I haven’t noticed a decline in performance at all. Cleaning it continues to be easy. I still get a bit claustrophobic in it from time to time but overall have learned to relax in it. It’s definitely not the same experience as a sauna but I do sweat just as much.

Just theoretically... is this thing big enough for 2 bodies?
And even more theoretically...Do you absolutely have to wear clothes?
Don’t know the answer to your first question. To the second two, it is not big enough for 2 people and I do think you would/could burn your skin if you used it in the nude. I think you could use it without clothes but would need to keep it on the lower heat setting.

What are the cleaning instructions? I feel it will get pretty gross quickly.
Towel to dry it down after and then I’ve just been using alcohol wipes after every few sessions.
Are you still using this and what are the benefits have you seen so far?
Yes and the biggest benefit I’ve seen is that I notice I fall asleep much faster on days I use it. That being said, I will likely stop using this as I just got the heat healer energy sauna and I’ve been liking that much more.

What about Higher Dose infrared blanket version?
I haven’t yet had the opportunity to test that out. Optically they look very similar. Not sure if that’s truly the case or not though.
