I don't see how you can recommend this company. I went on their website to order the current pro model. I am military and, on their website, it says military get 20% discount. However, there is no way to apply this discount when you try to checkout. Additionally, Customer service sucks. The customer service phone number I found on the web is disconnected. To speak to someone via online chat, they want you to sign up for a $55.00 per month fee. NO, NO, NO!!! Therabody does not provide an address of their company. Is this product American made? Or is this company a Chinese company pretending to be American? They don't even have company RUclips account. Does not sound like an upfront company to me. I was wanting to order the pro model; but not now... I hope I am wrong.

I’m disappointed this wand doesn’t get colder. My Foreo UFO goes down to 39F and goes up to 113F. I’ll wait for version 2 of this wand. I made the mistake purchasing the Therabody eye mask… And then a few months later they have now come out with a version 2 that has the concave spaces for the eyes to fit comfortably.

I received these boots for Christmas. My question is, what is the purpose of the long red LED light strips if only the top LED light on each strip lights up during use? I would think that all of the lights on each strip would light up.

Looking to get my first pair of compression boots and your videos are helping a ton! I’m like everything about JetBoots Prime but the vibration feature is enticing, do you think the value vibrations adds to your experience is worth double the price with less optimized foot design? Any other models in existence that use vibration?

52 year active male; not a hardcore athlete though. Tried a Relief and liked it but felt it a bit weak. Ordered an Ekrin Kestrel and it was way too much - felt like it was beating the crap out of me at all speeds. Stay with the Relief or maybe the Ekrin 365? Wasn’t sure if the 365 was that much different than the Kestrel.

just got one for Christmas, after mentioning to my mom that the chiropracter had a massage gun that worked wonders prior to my adjustment. I have to say, I'm disappointed by the power of this thing. Even on the highest setting it doesn't 'punch' that hard. I'll be taking this thing back, even though it wasn't all that much money.

Thanks for the video! I ordered one from Costco and it said it was the Real Touch eye massager online, but when it arrived the box only says Eye Massager. Watching your video it appears to be the exact same thing but I’m worried I’m missing out on a better one. This one vibrates and has the air compression as well as the sounds and all the same buttons you explained. Do you know if there are two different models by Sharper Image? Thanks!
