I purchased and then returned a full p e m f mat. The company was very good about the return. No hassles they even provided a label. I have 2 cardiac stents. And it was unclear that there was a consensus on whether or not I should avoid this.. And then I saw some videos that were problematic for this particular brand. Not that it means that that's true, but it was enough combined information that made me do the return.

I just received my infrared sauna blanket and red light mask 3 days ago.I love it so much. Oh I sweat a lot in sauna blanket than the infrared cocoon pod at SPA. I am not gonna go to SPA no more waste of money 😂.
So I’ve been rebounding/jumping on a trampoline for YEARS, for my lymph system. I used to sit in the sauna after, and dry brush my skin, then take a shower. Unfortunately our sauna was just taking too much room up in our living room and I was tired of looking at it. And then recently I tore my ACL mountain biking so trampoline is out for me.
My Planet Fitness has far infrared stands. It's like a tanning bed but it's vertical. Far Infrared is good for muscle recovery too. My spine orthopedic doctor said it's good to use. I have some muscle tightness and severe neck vertebra arthritis.
I would love a follow up video.

I just ordered the omnilux led mask. I love it but i have done research and the higher dose mask is the same at a lower price and also has goggles. So I am recommending the higher dose one for friends as a less expensive version

Extra question on the safety of frequency of use of infrared light therapy:
How often is it safe to use it? I literally live with a heating pad almost sheats attached to me.

You don’t really need to since you wear the towel insert. But you can wipe it down with a damp cloth if you want to.
I’d like to know how the mask compares to the Current Body mask.

@@beautybeyond40 just a side by side comparison with a couple of the other masks out there.
@@reneeburich9497 maybe a good idea for another video but like I said in this video , the higher dose , omnilux, and current body are pretty much all the same except higher dose is cheaper, and has 10 or 20 minute setting, and has an extra strap. They are all the same otherwise: red and near infrared lights with flexible wrap around mask. If I made a video it would be really really short….not sure it even makes sense?

How does the red light get to your skin if you use a towel?
It's not red light. It's infrared heat. You don't see infrared, but regardless, this is not light therapy - it's infrared HEAT therapy. Light and heat therapy are different.
What about the EMF?
If you're curious about this, you can visit their website to look it up. Did you try that yet?
HigherDOSE confirmed you should NOT stack the PEMF Mat and Blanket together. I wouldn't tell people that.
But they told me to do that at an event I attended 🤷♀️ maybe with the PEMF not turned on. I’m not sure.
