The best thing about flying to a destination is the beautiful view from a plane window and the smooth flight and it's so relaxing and enjoying to experience
I get very excited when I read that a flight is either landing or taking off from New York. The aerial views are stunning of this enormous city. Thank you again!
We need to add it to the list of guarantees in life. What's the old saying? There's two things certain in life... Death and taxes. And crying babies on planes haha.
I really enjoyed the descent and nice smooth landing 🛫🛬 I Felt sorry for the baby most likely his/her ears were popping at that time... mine do big time!!
Wow... you went from one humungous airport to another. Good views of Queens, Brooklyn and the Manhattan skyline. Good views of the Verrazzano Bridge and Staten Island. Good view of Tottenville. Went to the beach there during my teen years. It was as far away from home as you could get and still be in NYC. For a long time, the Verrazzano was the longest suspension bridge in the world until 1981 and it still the longest one in the Americas.
Thanks my friend. Good to see you around again. I've been seeing a lot of activity recently on your channel as well. A lot of new videos coming out! I've still got your channel linked on my channel's main page. It's always been one of my favorite spotting channels!
Can you do a video of how you do these recordings? I know its the iPhone but almost 4 hrs of 4k would fill up a whole phone. How do you mount it? What mic do you use? Thanks.
Well it would be a very short video. I use iPhones. I travel with three. One 1TB iPhone 13 Pro and two 512GB iPhone 12 Pros. That gives me 2TB worth of storage. If one fills up, I switch to the next. I also travel with a laptop that has 3TB of storage if I need to offload footage. I hold the camera by hand, so there’s nothing to show there. I wear complete black outfits, including a long sleeve black shirt and gloves to avoid my hand/skin reflecting in the window, and I use the built in iPhone mic. Sometimes simple is the best solution.
@@sla31 was great meeting you today on the flight from Salt Lake to KC! I can testify that he does all of this by hand, and does where black, as we sat next to him! Great video footage! 😉 Can’t wait to see the video from Salt Lake to KC! 😊
@@dellarambo3236 it was great to meet you too! I honestly don’t know what’s more impressive. @@dellarambo3236 well I appreciate that. Maybe I should’ve been a surgeon 😂. I have a lot of practice at this point. I started posting videos in 2016 and back then I was doing good to hold the phone for 5 minutes. If you don’t mind me asking, did you just fly from Salt Lake City to Kansas City, or were you connecting in Salt Lake from somewhere else? Since I’d been up in Alaska filming, I’d just come in from Seattle. I suppose chances aren’t great, but just thinking on the off chance we happened to be on the same flight before the flight to Kansas City too.
Always a enjoyable endeavor to take in all the small details in your vids. Despite being a NYC native, & then a longtime DFW resident, I've never flown this route. Closest I've ever done was Newark-DFW 25 years ago for my brothers wedding. 22:03 You can see that JFK is Delta's trans-Atlantic hub, and then on approach to DFW, Americans everything hub, there's a Delta A321 paralleling the approach. You should of gotten bonus ground miles for such a long taxi to the terminal. That's like Amsterdam-Schiphol Polderbaan long.
Well there aren’t many bigger haha. It’s the third largest in the world, only Denver and one in Saudi Arabia are bigger. Thanks for watching my friend!
Is the Boeing 737 max much quieter from behind the wing than the 737ng? It seems to be around the same from what I can here on videos, but I have yet to fly a 737 max in real life. Also, I seem to have given this video it’s 737 like.
In my experience, yes. There's still a lot of wind noise, but the engines are much quieter. Both the Max and Airbus A320 Neo series have crazy quiet engines.
looking out the window it seems slow but actually flies speed over five hundred miles an hour all you can hear is the engine sucking the air exhaust from the back of the engine,!!!
Can you tell me a bit why the plane at an altitude of 12,000ft can run at a maximum speed of 350knot, but at an altitude of 36,000ft, it cannot run at a speed of 350knot but can only run? with a maximum speed of 250knot, and when it goes up again about 41,000ft, it can't run at a maximum speed of 250knot but a maximum of 229knot do you know why when the plane is higher and higher its maximum speed is gradually decrease do you know why?
The air is thinner higher up and saves fuel. Other planes cruise at 39000 feet and there about. Airlines expect pilots to conserve fuel. When traveling faster it wastes fuel . The plane glides through thinner air more easily but if the ATC instructs them to lower speed not to conflict with traffic they must comply.
Four engines? There’s only two. Are you looking at the flap fairings that stick out the back of the wing? Those aren’t engines, those are the fairings that cover the mechanics that operate the flap systems. Thanks for watching!
This was a domestic flight, so it was the same drink and snack that you get on any American domestic flight in coach. And no, I fly American more than anyone else, and have never had a problem filming.

EDGE OF THE SEAT ENTERTAINMENT!! ABSOLUTELY THRILLING RIDE!
The suspense that something might actually HAPPEN kept me glued to the screen!
Smoke coming out of the engine at startup look kinda scary. Sure was a very long taxi from the runway.
Smoke on startup is very common on jet engines, especially new next generation engines. Nothing to worry about. Thanks for watching my friend!
