    Thank you! I made prior using a "trimix" of bugs. Any experience using the "Good Belly" Lacto for the sour? Seems an easy way to go.

      yes I pulled the lacto strains out in my charts but goodbelly was used alot.

      I just brewed one as a kettle sour and used goodbelly. Ph looked good, still fermenting so we'll see how it turns out.
