Double Roasted Crystal is my secret weapon at around 1.5% instead of Special B. Glad it's still secret...
I made a 1 gallon batch that was similar, but I dropped the toasted malt for bochet honey. The first one I had after it was done was after 8 months in the bottle and it was pretty good. The last bottle was gone around month 16 and it was significantly better. The extra time on these makes a very notable difference!

Question: In the brewfather recipe for the yeast “WLP002” there is a percentage next to it. 70%. What does that percentage refer to exactly? It’s probably something basic that I’m missing. Thanks.
