    Being a Reacher fan that has read all the books i have to say that the choice to pick Alan as Reacher was the best thing they ever did. It's not that Tom didn't play Reacher well it's just that anyone that has read Reacher automatically has an idea of how he looks and Alan fits that description perfectly.

    • @Jasbris
      @Jasbris Год назад +9

      This is how I always felt too. Cruise did an amazing job capturing Reacher's tone and demeanor, 10/10, but he was never going to match Reacher's anthropometric characteristics. He did, however, do such a great job with the movies that we got to have individual Reacher novels as whole well thought out seasons.
      I'm so glad they cast Alan Ritchson as Reacher. I was skeptical at first, having been a fan of Blue Mountain State. I didn't think he would be able to match Tone and Demeanor, but he grows into it throughout season 1, and fully embodies Reacher in Season 2.
      I love the books and I love the series on Prime.

      Well, he had a legitimate reason to be on TRT, he's 40 and trying to be Reacher. TRT in it's recommended dose is completely fine and might give you a *bit* of and edge, but more or less just does what it says, replaces your testosterone.
      TRT gets abused A LOT by people who don't need it, which is why it gets a bad rap. TRT isn't banned in a lot of martial arts sports if you stay within the recommended dose and you prove you actually need it.

Poor story , writing basically everything that made season 1 so good was dreadful in 2 . As for his cheat day information -everydays a cheat day - utter nonsense if you want to remain lean zero chance when your eating so much refined sugar, carbs etc. if it was the case everybody would be on the “Crispy Cream donut diet and be single digit fat content. Hilarious to think anybody with a basic understanding of diet would believe such lies.

    Mike Mentzer talked a lot about this but his point was that you only need to work out enough to break down muscle so it may rebuild. You don’t have to go crazy for 8hrs in the gym. And for Alan he works out every day so it probably is mostly just calories for him. He doesn’t eat trash food all the time but a couple times a week probably isn’t bad.

    If you're constantly active, whether it's physically demanding work, or exercising, or in general not lying around and sitting all day, you can eat whatever you want and still be fit. I know people who would eat huge whole pizzas by themselves and be super ripped and lean because of there lifestyle. Whereas someone can have 2 average meals a day and still gain weight because they sit around all day.

    truth. if you spend just 30 minutes every single day working on your body, you will lose weight and will build muscle.
    you don't need to pump iron or run marathons..you just need to do something that burns calories
    self discipline isn't just at the core of healthy living - it's at the core of EVERYTHING with value

    TRT saved my life. My levels were below 50. Medical condition, and my doc also blamed the American diet (refined carbs, sugar, trans fats, estrogens in dairy & plastics, etc.). TRT has me back about 350+. I'm 54, and it's a freaking game changer for me. Thank you, Alan, for speaking about TRT positively.

    I wish there will be many more seasons of Reacher with Alan in the lead role. Tom Cruise is more suited as a marine or Navy Seal, as they are tight and lean guys. Reacher is described to be a military police, and those guys are normally quite big.

      However, (and I know friends this happened to) there is a slight risk of strokes, blood clots, and heart attacks... especially the older you get. I did dianabol, anavar, and test cypionate during the 80's, I'm currently 65, still hit the gym, for me, the risk is akin to the 💉 😷, like Clint asked the armed robber, "do you feel lucky?"

    • @bigbs3396
      @bigbs3396 Год назад

      Well I did blood work first. Gotta get prostate blood work done and might as well get the rest check. Blood sugar, cholesterol and prostate. If all is good then it will be fine to take the TRT. I had to jump through hoops to get the prescription. I’m sure in America it’s much easier to get your hands on that.
