thank you! also, I think you might have accidentally made a mistake by saying that the vertical arm is located in the inner mitochondrial membrane and that the horizontal arm is located in the matrix. Vertical is up and down while horizontal is left to right, so I think you might have confused those two.
Actually, he didn't make a mistake, in the video the letter L is rotated right , so from the actual configuration of the UPRIGHT "L" , the vertical becomes the horizontal and the horizontal becomes the vertical :).
