LEGENDARY LOCO "FLYING SCOTSMAN" STEAMS INTO 2019

First passenger run in 2019 by the 95 year old steam locomotive "Flying Scotsman", now owned by the National Railway Museum" in York.
Here she is hammering through North Yorkshire on the East Coast Main Line around half an hour before reaching "home" in York.
It was carrying passengers to a special event in York to rename a diesel loco in commemoration to Sir William McAlpine at the National Railway Museum.
Although this video is obviously short, the idea is to build up footage and make a proper video later, using material from various shoots.
Expect to see much more steam locomotive content in 2019 and beyond, as I broaden to content on this my experimental channel - and there will be more from the big engines soon . . .
