Hey thank you for your inputs.. Usually the bread is used for binding while the breadcrumbs used for coating is for the exterior crispiness. This is a different variation just as grandma makes it.. Give this version a try.. I'm sure you will enjoy it 😁

While forming the cutlets there shouldn't be any cracks in them. It should turn out good the next time you try. So sorry it happened to you the first time you tried it. It’s yummy but instead adding bread in it use bread crumbs after dipping in egg wash use the bread crumbs then shallow pan fry

I think one teaspoon of vinegar is required
This recipe doesn't require vinegar. 😊 Although it's a personal choice, you can add some for taste. ☺️
