I just think you are adorable. The way you get so excited about even the little things. But in cooking it is the little things that make the biggest difference right. I learned how to cook from my Grandmother she was a amazing cook. It was are thing are special time together. Are one on one time with 10 other grandkids one on one time was not easy. The other kids would be outside playing not me. I was sitting on my Grandmother kitchen counter top. So I could see what she was doing. My Mom tells me I started do it when I was 2 years old. My grandmother was the best person and cook I have ever seen. When are your kids going to start helping you in the kitchen? I have tried a lot of your recipes and I can say I have never been disappointed with any of then. They were all amazing recipes. I will be stealing your roasted potatoes for the holidays this year. So thank you for sharing all your recipes with us.

I love your style Jamie we used to eat like that once a week Friday or Saturday plus mom would take that roasted chicken carcass bones freeze it, and then put it into a soup with veggies. That chicken carcass was the best chicken and noodles veggies soup ever.
Yes James u can make a real stock not the ones u buy in the shop and the beauty of it u can freeze it and use it for later i do all my stock’s from scratch
Genius trick with the slicing the thigh meat on the chicken to help it cook the same time as the breast. Does that trick work for a Thanksgiving turkey?
Sam introduced me to Kewpie a few years ago and now I can’t use any other mayo!! I always use Kewpie Mayo in my mashed potatoes. It makes them creamy and gives them a little umami kick.
