It's equipped with disc breaks, and with a rural reach a regenerative breaking wouldn't feasibly offer much return on this size of a transportation device. Suffice to say, I don't actually know nor have info on it. So don't take my word for it not having REG-B. But I would doubt it ☺️
Hi I wanted to ask if the bike was comfortable in case of riding on bad roads, since you took it off-road did the bike suspension worked when maybe there was a Little Rock or a pothole? Also was the climb really steep? Because it’s strange the bike didn’t manage to do it I saw other reviews saying it’s good even for small climbs.
The bike suspension is remarkably great for its size. It's for sure comfortable in my opinion. You'd preferably use a bike with larger wheel diameters and frame suspension if planning to go way more *more* off road than I went, since I at least stayed on dedicated paths. The largest uphill angle on the hill road is ~10° and continues at that angle for around 120m (the full extent of the part lenght of the slope I went down was around a 300m distance). Since the bike Max Capacity is ~120 Kg (says 150 Kg in some places) and I loaded it with a 110 Kg dad body, it was obviously not able to perform as it would normally do during more *optimal* cirkumstances (which I had silently predicted). Hope that answers your ponders 😊
@@MoreByKev good thanks for the fast answer, I am trying to contacting dyu company because the bike is sold with an accelerator which is illegal in my country but I really like this e-bike for many other things not because of the accelerator, is there anyway to turn it off?
The accellerator is a built in feature of the brushless engine setup, and nothing you would likely make adjustments to with ease as a normal user. I would wait for their response!
@@MoreByKev its a pity that they sell this e-bike with the accelerator even tho they know that is illegal. I asked them if it could get removed or limited to 6 km/h which makes it legal, otherwise I will have to go with another e-bike.
Where are you located? Just out of curiosity. Seeing as the 20km/h ride speed is a common commuting speed for a regular cyclist here without the benefit of an ebike 🤔

Thank you once again DYU for letting me explore this super fun E-bike!
Great video! Does the bike have regenerative breaking?
