This is wonderful✨😍✨😍
After watching this and seeing how great they turned out, particularly the blue and Inka Gold, I am going to re-do mine using the Inka Gold. Thanks for taking the time to video yours.
And thank YOU for taking the time to watch!
Simple technique - great results!
Thanks!
Thank you for this little demonstration....😊 sweet & simple. A suggestion for a new container, ketchup bottle or condiment bottle, the ones that “stand up” on the “top” spout, upside down, in the fridge. (I hope I’m explaining this correct....). I keep my gesso in a small one. The “spout” in the top has a self sealing membrane, so it’s easy to squeeze out what you need! 👍
Oh my gosh that's brilliant, thank you!!
That is so good! You've got me in the mood to make backgrounds with tissue.
Go for it!
I keep seeing this technique and as soon as time allows going to do this to a canvass I got given to me . TFS x
+smurfie161 OH i bet it will look great on a canvas!
I agree, both are a win.. They're great. :) The close-ups at the end are awesome..

Really cool Shannin. Something I've been trying to find. My children made something like this at school. They are all grandparents now but I remembered the cards that they made and wanted to add them to my junk journals for interest pages.

This technique is a lot of fun and so easy and your results are great! :D
+Almut Olsson Thanks Almut!
Looks great! You got lots of fun texture going on there. I think Cat's morsels book is a great idea. I can never think of trying these techniques when I'm doing a project.
+Ginger Rogers I know what you mean! It's going to be an awesome idea/reference book.
Hi, first time visiting your channel. The outcome is so beautiful! You are very talented.
May I ask, I want to apply the same technique on canvas. Is the White (wood) Glue appropriate to use on canvas? Thanks a lot in advance.
Lovely....New to mixed media although been doing scrapbooking and card making for years. Love the mixed media videos and as soon as I get finished remodeling my craft room, I'm gonna start doing a journal for me till I learn a little more and add to my extensive craft supplies!!! Thanks for sharing your video. Subscribed:)
Nice results for a fun technique! :o)
+BraveBlueRaven Art and Craft Thanks Ginny!
smart, I like the colours. Take care Joanne.
+ArtyFarty Fairy Thank you!
Lol - I made almost the same project up myself. I did it on a composition book for a writing journal.
Thanks for watching!
Nice.
I may use a sponge dipped in paint instead of the stamp pad. Very nice though. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
I'm new here and I enjoyed watching you do this technique. Thank you:-)
Thanks so much for tuning in!
Thanksss
Thanks for watching!
I love covering shit in tissue paper... i dont know why its so satisfying to me. covering mason jars in it is fun, use colored or patterned tissue paper, (or even napkins) then put a candle inside it and it looks so pretty. Im loving all these techniques, can't wait to see the next one! :)
+Pink Poodle Crafts I know, right? Cat needs to get busy, I'm ready for more!
Hey I love the tissue paper look you did great. can i ask what was the tape for? just wondering i am new and just want my brain to understand it. Thank you for the great videos.

Thanks very much!
Do you have any videos of what you did after all you did here ? I would love to see the final look on top of what you have done here.Thank you
It still looks just like this! I'm not a very good "finisher", I just like the process.
I really enjoyed this. I am hard of hearing and could not hear the name of the gold that was used and was it paste or paint? Thanks
The gold is a product called Inka Gold and it is a paste.
Can be used on the wall directly
Thanks for watching!
Shannon Green too bad you didn't take a moment to answer her question.....sort of a throwaway!!!
Walid Bouhalla ....too bad she couldn't take a moment to answer your question...kind rude!!

What tissue paper is this?
Plain ol' gift wrap tissue.
Hi, what is the white thingy you put on the paper to stick them?
I glued the tissue papers down with white glue diluted with water.
Shannon Green okay!! Thank you!

THank you so very much!
Good thing u didn't close that book with all the glue - you'd never get that open again :D
