I wanna say, if you don’t listen to your intuition it will manifest as anxiety. For the longest time I wasn’t paying attention to it, I wasn’t putting God first and was in survival mode. In January I had a mini “breakdown” and I truly feel like it was the Holy Spirit saying… okay you aren’t listening. My body manifested what I was ignoring. So really hone in on this. Love this Alexis!! Wish I would have seen this 3/4 months ago but everything happens as it should ❤
i had a traumatic upbrinning too with dysfunctinoal parents. this lead me to have a lot of mental health issues. one being gneralized anxiety disorder. the 12 step program and for me meds has been instrumental in healing this. i now have a baby size of intutio nthat i continue to grow from nothing. i agree intution and higher power guidance is often 'random' healing is a flow it just pops up without effort. i love that.

I’m glad that you acknowledge science and the self as something from God because a lot of times I have a hard time receiving messages from Christian influencers because they will consider science and intuition as things that aren’t from God. Mental illness will be simplified as something from the Devil that just needs to be prayed away, etc. We can be scientific, in-tune with ourselves, and Christian. Thank you
i love this alexis. for me it's always healing and supportive being around other anxious people who are healing/healed. because they get it. not everyone knows what anxiety is and thus they don't know what it's like. your cheating description is 100% what anxiety is and because the thoughts have a source to hold onto that's where it can get confusing...but isn't all what i saw a 'sign'. nope. it's the work we do to distingush what is a sign and what is our brain using our survival methods of correlation.

I've been attempting to listen to the inner child healing sleep affirmations you recommend and I've been experiencing a sort of fear come up to the point where after 2 hours I need to turn it off. It's kind of an uncomfortable/unsafe feeling. Is this normal? Should I push through with the listening? And why would this be happening?
I wish this video came out a lil earlier... i was in a relationship and i always had this feeling that this guy is cheating on me but i let it slide because i thought its my anxiety from past experience... but one day when i gathered up the courage and tried to take a look at it.. i found out that he indeed was cheating on me.. it was my intuition and i ignored it for so long. I guess i talked to you about it on insta too.. i didnt know the difference between anxiety and intuition and i took that quite voice as anxiety... i just wish i knew earlier but well its never too late to start right? And he having the courage to even threaten me after cheating on me.. im kind of scared of him but i dont wanna think about it either. Any tips for me? Ps: hes a total narcissist
Hi love so sorry this happened to you! My advice is to seek support from a family member/friend, be honest and open about the threats you received, and if you need consider a restraining order. I also recommend investing in healing work with either a coach or therapist to heal from the narcissistic abuse/manipulation you may have experienced

In order to heal you need to feel the pain and uncomfortableness, that unsafe feeling needs to be acknowledged and loved, it is completely normal 🩵
