Funny, yoga story : After 15 years of being a very sedentary job, my friends convinced me to get back into the martial arts. Find a local dojo. The instructor is Vietnamese, 60 something. I’m not expecting much. Was involved for a decade when I was a young man know how this goes. First 10 minutes are some very light stretching and breathing exercises. Next 20 are basic forms. Then comes a surprise. Last half hour is basically yoga. Until this point, the instructor is very impressed with me. Had noticed previous training. Takes umbrage at my poor flexibility. Singles me out, and proceeds to correct my posture and help me stretch. Instructor is very encouraging as I grip my teeth. With his help, I am able to stretch in ways I don’t think I have in years. Class finishes, I gear up get on my motorcycle and ride home. Feeling a little sore. Wake up the next morning. I can’t move. Everything hurts. Manage to claw some ibuprofen off the nightstand. An hour later, I’m able to crawl to the shower where I soak under the hot water. Feeling like my body has utterly betrayed me. Pretty sure my body feels the same way about me. Call into work for the first time in four years because there’s no way I can ride. Spend the entire day rotating heating pads from joint to joint. Have to get a ride into work the next day still not gonna be able to ride my bike. Day three feeling mostly human again go back to the dojo. Tell the instructor what happened. Instructor smiles at me. "Now that your body has loosened it can begin to move again." Has me go through the yoga routine again? I can stretch so much further and it doesn’t hurt. Crazy old man was right
i did yoga for a couple years, sure it's 90% women there, just means its a good place to meet women.They don't care that a guy is there, from my experience.
Yeah, i go to yoga aswell. And yoga is for yourself, its not the point of seeing who can do it best, its to make the connection to your body better. But most people just laugh about it without having it done once. And also if you are "bad" like the guy in the video apperently, just stick at it, you'll get better.
I've learned recently from another 4Chan RUclipsr that everyone on 4Chan is both a guy and a raging homosexual. The 'raging' part was specified too. Not sure the difference between normal and raging homosexuality but there you go. Anyway, because of this info, this story is indeed fake because of the gf.
It means you have more fat but it isnt so roundy at stomach area so harder to see in clothes but when you lose those it's easy to see you are not lean.
Where you have zero muscle, just a layer of fat but wouldn't be called fat or strong. Women call this "soft." For that is the softest looking man. No one's expecting you to lift anything heavy.
Did yoga once, an intermediate course, i was pretty fit benching alot of wright and all that, but man yoga kicked my ass and then some i was in pain! I remeber the thread the needle pose and thimkimg how this will be the end of me all the while old ladies are dicking around doing it like its their job! I was shocked and vowed to myslef to start working on my flexibility!! I couldnt let a old person beat me i thought
