- In 2005, BYZANTINE released their sophomore album on Prosthetic Records entitled "...And They Shall Take Up Serpents". The first video ever released by the band was for the single "JEREMIAD". This song, written about the concept of committing suicide in hopes of being able to come back and witness your own funeral, was originally just over 6 minutes. The label made the decision to omit the main guitar solo by Tony Rorhbough in order to make the song length more appealing to radio. This decision was derided by the band and fans alike.
Now for the first time ever, we unveil the song in its entirety, featuring Rohrboughs' ethereal guitar solo and an alternate ending. The decision to shorten "JEREMIAD" was the first of many to begin the fractured relationship between BYZANTINE and Prosthetic Records. We hope you enjoy the song as it was intended to be heard and seen.

This is such a pleasant surprise! Thanks for extending the music video to fit the full song, I always listen to the studio version instead of the music video for that reason.
