Is this the most phallic blend we've ever had on the channel? The answer is yes.

Wow! I would love to try this one. For coins, I'll stick to Escudo and let them do the slicing.
i would carry that around in my pocket with skinny jeans! lol
What about one of those old school paper cutters? The ones with the big blade
Blazing Saddles came to mind while you were handing that log. Excuse me while I whip this out 😂 Enjoy Bradley!
*Drinking Game:* Every time Bradley says _"it's so dense!"_ you drink. 🥃
Use an old meat slicer it works like a champ
A bigger version of Brown Rope. Really big………. OMG.
Wasn't it Sigmund Freud who said, "If it's not one thing, it's your mother?" 🙂
Difficulty in cutting through dense material is exactly why I became a Behind The Edge Thickness snob with my knives. My Spyderco Para 3 in Rex 45 is about 0.008" BTE, and is my T plug destroyer. If you know someone who can do a regrind for you, I highly recommend having it done.
Well I'm glad you liked it! I was certainly curious about that thing.
Cheers!
Glad you enjoyed it after all that work! Sometimes a pipe block is just a big ol' phallic symbol 😂
Everything is a phallic symbol.
I have had a log of this for years but haven't cracked it for obvious reasons. Now that my chain saw is out cutting wood maybe I'll give it a try 😅😅 Thanks for the review!!
Make sure it's nice and sharp before you try it! ;-)
Unicum is a Latin word that basically means something is unique.
you need to use a thinner knife, very sharp but thin. I use a large japanese Nakiri knife that cuts through like butter. Actually I can shave super thin coins that rub to shag, and anything in between. The thin blade really makes the difference, also of course its gotta be super super sharp
Always good when your pipe tobacco doubles as weapon.
Great review! Love VA/Per's! Love to try this one if I could find it in stock! LOL
Watch city has some
Hi Bradley would you revisit the royal yacht its my favourite pure virginia tobacco
I got two curly blocks a few years ago. It wasn't very flavorful so, I just put it in the back of my tobacco collection. I might give it a few more years before I try it again.
Bradley, how about using a small hand saw to slice this log? Seriously. Maybe something like a coping saw or a mitre saw? Just a thought!😁
There are small hobby saws/mitre boxes that might work perfectly. It's a terrific idea!
@@Bach6032 Thanks! What with Bradley being in construction, I thought he might have easy access to something like that.
Not a bad idea!
@@stuffandthingsyoutube 👍😁
You need to find one of those old school tobacco plug cutters!
To cut that monster a bread knife, with serrations that you mentioned is what I would use. Failing that a hydraulic guillotine. 😅 Interesting "Spotlight" Now to check out your "Working" channel.
I appreciate you checking out working!
Hello Bradley. Please make a room for Rattray's "Hal 'O The Wynd" review. It's a VaPer (with a touch of kentucky) so I bet you will enjoy it.
There used to be another T that was allmost the same called Motzek's Curly Strang. Not anymore though. You would've loved that. Same style of "logs" but a lighter Va flavour if memory serves me right.
Did I mention that it's dence?😂
If you are a VaPer fan, Curly Block is fantastic. I end up cutting the log into coins and storing them in a Mason jar afterwards. It's one of my all-time favorite blends. It has some similarities with Reiner Gold but it's a little less sweet.
Thanks for sharing!
I had the same experience with Salty Dogs. Kind of a pain to cut. I got the Curly Block a couple of years ago, I was able to buy it pre cut. Can't remember where got it. I think it was Boswell's or Watch City.
I have heard that is available pre-cut! I'm glad I got to experience the full-on version though. ;-)
I would love to see more spotlight videos! Or maybe just you smoking a pipe and talking about your day in the car
Noted!
👍👍👍
👍👍
A knife with a tighter degree edge works best
Honestly I have found a well honed chef’s knife is the best.
Yeah it's dense
Band saw is the way to go.
Not really. That would be like sawing through a telephonebook (remember those?) with a woodsaw and expecting a clean cut.
But he's rubbing it out anyway. 😄
Beats picking it out of your hair @@Rubber_Ring
Okay, bad idea. 🙄
Sharp knife in a vice.
Boooo, bring back Radio
Would be interested to try this
Don't worry! This isn't a normal review, hence no Radio!
How dense is it?.........
I think you gotta bite pieces off like a sailor
Haha! Maybe with a set of wooden teeth. My actual teeth wouldn't stand a chance.
Great review! Hope you didn't chop it all up yet. Maybe cut 1 or 2 inches and prep that for smoke & carry and store the rest of the baton in a large Mason. It will age like a champ! 🙂👍
I'm leaving it in log form, and just chopping up half a dozen coins at a time!
@ about 7 minutes in I realize that he got his block from the same batch I got mine from a few years ago.
Interesting, how would you know?
He said he's had it for a few years. I've had mine for a few years. It's been sold out ever since. Safe bet. It's rarely released. @@Cunnysmythe
Looks like what Colombus’ men described as the “ cigars “ the Indians were smoking
Begs the question, "What were they thinking?" Not a VaPer fan, but that is one I'd like to try!
NOPE! not even going to give that a try! even if you ask me to come over.... OK, if you asked, I would.
