Comments keep randomly getting turned off for this video. I'm not sure why. I have turned them back on several times. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or something nefarious, but I'm sorry if you've been unable to leave one.
I like Toscano cigars too.
They are very good for the price and indeed they preserve well without a humidor which is very convenient for occasional cigar smokers like me.
Plus, fairly inexpensive at least here in Europe.
The Classico are quite strong but the Antico version which I also tried are even bolder.
I prefer Classico, a bit more subtle.
They have an entire range and even higher grade ones.
Honestly I can't smoke more than a half at once, it's a bit too much for me !
Probably I'm not wild cowboy enough 😂
Glad you enjoy them too !
Thanks for sharing! I'll have to try the Antico!
@foxus,these are the only cigras I smoke nowadys ,mostly those of Extra Vecchios and Antiquas , also Italiano Brand
Bradley, I've never had a Toscano, but I have smoked many Marsh-Wheeling Virginians. Don't know if they're still made, but I want one NOW! A friend of mine used to smoke Parodis, a dry-cured small Italian cigar. But only when he was drunk. He'd get down on hands and knees and go about the room puffing and making train sounds. It would have been great when Clint was facing off against Lee Van Cleef, and Lee was smoking one of his long curved Meerschaums!
I've become a big fan of the Toscanos! I doubt that they'll become an all-the-time thing, but I'm sure I'll but another batch soon.
quite a many truck drivers in southern EU seem to like these, Antiquos and Extra Veccios are aged version of these
Love these movies, and now I gotta try a Toscana!
They're definitely worth a try!
I love the Leone films and will have to check these out. Always think it's funny that Eastwood is so closely associated with smoking yet apparently isn't a smoker or much of a drinker in real life. I guess that does help one live to be 94.
Clean living!
Beneath the brim of your hat as your eyes scowled at that first light, I was expecting a six shooter Navy Colt to appear... but just a cough instead. 😂 Interesting 'Stuff' Bradley
Haha! Thanks for watching!
Bradley😊🌱
Love your photography, I always appreciate good canopy contrast effects. I learned from a friend from Japan they would always take 4 shutter shots for each subject.
Cheers.
Omaha N.E. 🌱🌽
Cheers! I often shoot burst shots as well.
Really like the Antico by Toscano! So delicious
Always felt like back woods was the closest thing
I’ve smoked Toscanas for almost twenty years (not constantly, mind you) and love them. The Anticas by them are my favorite. Cornell & Diehl recently produced three pipe tobaccos with Toscana that definitely capture the flavor/strength. Worth trying.
Thanks for sharing! I'll have to try the Anticas!
I like toscanos, especially the long fermented ones. they are tasty, low maintenace and relatively cheap.
They are a dry cure cigar, you don't put them in a humidor (they can burst in rare cases if they get humidified to fast even)
Good to know!
These Toscanos really taste a little like pipe tobacco to me,at least compared to regular cigars. They are slow burning and a little hard to keep lit.
I’ve s Toscanos for many years but not as much since the price doubled after the thing. Have tried the other brands but none as good as them. Not a fan of aromatic pipe T but enjoy the flavored Toscanos. I’ve never put them in a humidor. If you love dark fired Kentucky blends you should enjoy these dry Italian sticks
Thanks for sharing!
Every now and then I pick up a box or two of Toscanellos, which I believe are Toscanos pre-cut in half. I've let a box set in my house for several weeks and they keep very well. I haven't smoked regular cigars since I discovered these. They're really great for a quick smoke. Full bodied but not strong, to me anyway.
Yeah, I found them to have lots of flavor, but they didn't knock me out!
I had a great uncle that smoked De Nobili cigars in the late ‘70s & early ‘80s. Then he quit smoking them for health reasons & just chewed them all day. I remember they looked like dried twigs. I’ve got to get my hands on some of these!
Chewing a cigar sounds... interesting.
@@stuffandthingsyoutube Yup. I never corroborated this, but my Dad told me you could identify my great uncle’s Cadillac around town because of a brown stripe down the side…
Can't seem to find the 'Working' youtube channel.
There’s a link in the description box for all my recent videos! 👍
Good Morning 😊 Awesome Video👌🏽 The GOOD , The BAD and The UGLY 😂 Thanks For Sharing 👏🏼 Have a Great Day & God Bless You 🙏🏽 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Cheers!
are you wearing your western cowboy boots while you doing the review?
No, I had to scramble over some pretty rough ground to get to that area.
They a pretty good but as others have mentioned the price has gotten alot higher in recent years. I normally just get the kentucky cheroots in the 50ct box last me about 4 months. I do throw a boveda 62% pack in the box they seem to mellow a bit after a month that way. I also have to keep them in a Tupperware type container wife says they stink the whole house up if I don't.
This was my first time purchasing them, so I didn't know that the prices had gone up. Good to know!
In the "Inside the Actors' Studio" interview Clint said he bought the cigars in Beverly Hills and they were "long tapered cigars which were called, "the Virginian". I cut them in three pieces......"
Nice info!
Great video but you wore the wrong type of hat.😮😊
