Surely you don't think Adams is the main reason Rodgers is having such a successful season? That's just poor and lazy from you.
Rodgers had 2 monsters game without Davante Adams this season vs the Saints & Falcons.
Same thing happened last year when Adams missed 4 games against the Cowboys, Lions, Raiders & Chiefs. Rodgers had his 4 best games statistically, without Adams.
Clearly the main reason why Rodgers didn't have as much of a success last season was purely because it was everyone's first year into LaFleur's scheme. Second year into it, everyone in the offense, especially Rodgers understands how and why the scheme works.
It just took a whole season for everyone in the offense to adjust and actually get comfortable into Lafleur's scheme.

He has said so himself. He reads to see what you are going to do yes but there was a plan in his head before the play starts, he does it but reacts off the DB.

That clip against SF 49ers CB #41 Mosely is a perfect example of why the OPI against George Kittle to end the first half of the super bowl was so ticky-tack. Players are allowed to tough each other with the ball in the air and it is a judgement call between jostling and a true push off.
Sure, there are times when guys just shove off the defender, but it also reminds me of the Seahawks vs Steelers Super Bowl and the OPI against Jackson where there, again, was no push off, but there was arm extension.

Physically gifted enough, fast enough and strong enough but is not the strongest or fastest but uses finesse and the mental game to win matchups time after time. Most receivers are like a traditional power pitcher, they use physical ability to win matchups most of the time and use enough finesse. Both of these styles work very well but it to me the more interesting style is definitely the more finesse and the making your opponents beat themselves style. But hey, the fuck do I know

Then due to outside demands of life, I didn't follow football as closely for a few years, and next thing I knew I was hearing buzz that he was the best receiver in the league and my brain just about exploded. He went from looking awful for a long time to dominating. That's impressive (to say the least). And good on the Packers for sticking with him and letting him figure it out. You'd think that experience would make Rodgers more patient with young receivers who need time to develop, but apparently not.

it’s unfortunate how underlooked packers players go. they have some genuinely insane players but i think people just look past them and think the packers don’t have anyone just cause they’re the packers. i cant explain it but i swear it’s true

Titans fan here & Adams is the best WR in the league. Everyone is prisoner of the moment with Hops, & don’t get me wrong Hops is great but Adams is putting it all together this year. He’s looked pretty unguardable all season.

That conversation literally always contains the words "outside of Adams." No one is pretending Adams is a weakness. The number of drops and injuries that all his other WRs rack up are problematic though. And it's kind of a miracle that an undrafted TE has stepped up to the plate, but I'll take it.

Thanks Alan! I mentioned in the video that most coaches wouldn't allow it. If you get jammed while you're midair, then your route is dead cause you can't adjust. So no, that's why Davante is unique and one of a kind

D.A do what all the good receivers do in the nfl.
Hes having a plan and he adjust it during the play, hes just the best to do it.
Hes not using a special type of releases hes doing all the existing release he just use them properly.
... Hes the best in the game, but be careful describing what hes doing because you are saying wrong stuff.

Green Bay vs Kansas City. Aaron Rodgers Mvp. Packers win another Ring. I do have Much Respect for Mahomes, dude is Talented and Humble, from what I see. It's just Aaron knows his time is coming to a great ending with a Ring this year or next!!

No, you are wrong about why Adams struggled in his first 2 years. It wasn't because of physical limitations. He struggled because he had multiple lower leg injuries. One of Adams greatest strengths is obviously his release. With multiple injuries to his ankles and knee, his release was severely impacted and not what it was when he is healthy.
Anyone who was saying that the Packers should move on from Adams after his second year just couldn't tell the difference between hurt and bad.
