Schuab was not a noodle arm, albeit he didn’t have the strongest arm in the league during his years with the Texans. Johnson put up back to back 1500+ seasons in 08/09, then added another one in the 12 season. WTF are you talking about, no one got him the ball?
I think that’s his point… Andre was solid despite the lack of talent at the QB position… (everyone mentioned had a better QB. imagine what we could have done in their place.
Honorable mentions: TO, Chad Johnson, D. Hopkins, Andre Johnson, Julio Jones, Antonio Bryant, and Reggie Wayne
Jerry Rice
Nah , Route Running Should've Went To Chad Johnson
Exactly
I’m happy Stevie Johnson got love
Julio jones had better body control then aj in my opinion. Lowkey i feell like julio was the closest to this "perfect WR" build. i miss watching prime julio play 😢
Yeah they r the 2 for me...i can go back n fourth between Jones n Green. Green as the choice is fine to
Man you could have just had Megatron. He has all of everything
I feel you
Body Control: Julio
Route Running: AB
Quickness: DeSean
Showing Percy as a Seahawk is criminal
He won a SB with them
Dude didn’t win shit with the Vikings. Y’all choke in the biggest games. Bums
@@Tking30 His prime was very much Vikings
Marvin Harrison route running >>>>>>> Stevie F'ing Johnson WTF
5:50 : press "F" to pay respect to that ref/umpire.
More career tackles than career drops as the primary WR is straight up insane. S/O to Fitz
But some can make the case Megatron was all the features you listed 😂
Especially hands, speed, size, quickness & body control
Right
5:51 The Ref!!! 😂💀💀😂😂
Stevie johnson, now that's a name i haven't heard in a very long time, a very long time.
Stevie Johnson was such an underrated player.
Too bad they used the wrong picture of him lol
Finally a Brett Kollmann NFL video!
NOBODY has better hands in NFL history than Fitz
Unless your name is Jerry Rice.
Dang right!
@@that408Jerry had 2 hall of fame QBs throwing to him majority of his career. Larry had a whole carousel of no names, decent and sometimes good QBs throwing it to him all of his career and STILL nearly surpassed Rice. If he had the same type of QBs that rice had the majority of his career, he'd surpass Rice in a nanosecond. Trust me.
Sterling Sharpe?
@@that408fitz literally got more tackles in his career than dropped passes 😂
First, I love the concept and execution of this video. There is no "right" answer here - okay, maybe Megatron and Moss - but the others are rightfully debated. My $0.02: Doug Baldwin as the best route runner of the last twenty years. Without blazing speed, he still would create YARDS of separation through such precise routes and absurdly quick feet. Truly underrated receiver, IMO.
no AB?
Jerry Rice didn't retire till 2006. The fact that he isn't used at all is a sin
Receiver has evolved so much over the years, stuff like route running is being taught at a younger age than it used to be. Also probably hundreds of thousands of hours of film you can study is readily available on the internet so you can learn how to run routes like the best. So naturally guys even that retired in 2006, only 16-17 years ago aren’t as refined as guys in the league in now or even in the mid 2010s.
5:54 some tight end just demolished that ref 💀
Did not expect to see Stevie Johnson on here but that is pretty cool he’s super underrated
BAY AREA BOY 💪🏿🌁🌉
I know it’s not PC. But AB had body control and route running hands down to me. Mans Nick name was “Tony toe tap” come on man
I love these videos, but I wish the highlights corresponded to what was being talked about, ie talking about AJ Green’s body control but not really showing any catches that demonstrated that
Jerry Rice is the best wide receiver.
The lowkey wr build
Size- Vincent Jackson
Long Speed- Ted Ginn Jr
Quickness- Golden Tate
Hands- Brandon Marshall
Body Control- Ceedee Lamb
Route Running- Doug Baldwin
Blocking- George Pickens
I agree with half. Woulda put Antonio Brown in body control, Devante Adams route running and Tyreek in quickness
man is buggin talking bout percy harvin was arguably the besr player on the the 2012 vikings team over Adrian Peterson
Fun fact:
The ONLY perfect WR in NFL history was Randy Moss.
Just wanted to add this about Percy Harvin: I'm glad he made this list. He was special in a unique way. Shame the injuries stopped a good potentially great nfl career.
Id take Tyreek Hill for speed
Prime Moss was faster and more sudden with straight line, decisively too.
@@patrickr2691Tyreek wayyy faster. Moss was not a world class sprinter like Tyreek hill in high school
@@Inbound66 Bud Moss ran 4.25 40 in colleg, which is a faster for than Hill. Beyond that its obvious on young Moss highlights. You cannot find me a highlight of Hill where he covers ground as fast as Moss does here for example: ruclips.net/video/u_k7-y6PGpU/видео.htmlm2s
@@patrickr2691 40 yard dash don’t mean nothing in terms of speed. A track field dose. 100m is the best option for speed. Tyreek high school he ran a faster time then moss. Hill 100m time was 10.19 in jr Olympics. Moss 100m was 10.79m and even if you want to count the 40 yard dash, Tyreek hill was click at 4.21 and in his high school ran a 4.25. Now image how fast he is right now.
@@Inbound66 They're not running on a track, they're running on a field with full pads on. Moss is faster, its pretty obvious
That ref got wrecked 😂
Brett must be smoking crack with Hunter Biden, route runner should of gone to AB or Marvin, Stevie wasn’t anything special
😂
Brett thank you for the Stevie love. One of my favorite receivers of all time
