I want to know that too. I just know that there is a "better" or more intimate, or less "echo" recording of this work on Richter in Hungary CDs. Enjoy!
@@carmel1629 Richter's performances of this in 1966 that I am aware of were in Salzburg and Moscow. Are you sure this was in Prague? And if so, the exact date? The excellent sound quality makes me think it might be from Salzburg on January 28 or 30, 1966.
The second movement alone is what makes this one of my favorite sonatas of all time.
I was lucky to hear him play this in San Francisco in the 60's. The slow movement hypnotized me then, and it does now. To me it is sublime.
sehr glücklich zu wissen
Slow movement played by Richter is impressive. This is Mozart. Very deep
Thank you for sharing this beautiful play by Sviatoslav Richter. Vivid & calm!!!
Thank you for posting such a Great performance !!
Beautiful piano playing !
True Virtuoso!!
Astounding performance ~~
Exactly
Adagio straordinario, interprete unico!
I love only Richter's Mozart
You guys should try the Andante from the Piano Concerto No. 23. It's similar.

Malcolm Bilson its a great fortepianist.
if you don't understand what adagio speaks about you are not a complete human being.....
