I felt the money thing! I had gotten blonde highlights and now it needs to be done again but my hairs so long & thick it toook her 5 hours and it was $235 😩 watching this so I can dye my own hair back to brown

Absolutely LOVE the dark. It makes your skin look creamier and soft and your eyes sultry :)
I am so happy you love the new colour. The darker colour looks beautiful on you. Just to give you some friendly advice for maybe next time. As the the mid lengh to ends of your hair was so blonde, the best thing to do would be to pre-pigment the blonde. A red or copper hair dye would have done this perfectly. Then wash that dye of dry, then go in with our brown on the mid lengths to ends first leave for 10 then move into the roots and leave for 20. Although your colour looked lovely and you are happy with it. Doing this would have just made the result richer and more even. I hope this helps for next time or maybe anyone reading these comments. Please noone take this offence and come for me 🙄 xxx

@@cbcjdjdjd6749 You never need a 30volume for depositing colour. I'd recommend a 6 volume that's it. Maybe a 10volume its if a fresh colour so going from blonde to brown and it's a whole new colour change. I'd do the midlenghs to ends first doing small sections combing the colour through to ensure coverage. Then after all that go on your roots and leave for 25 mins xxx

@Eman Abuaisha Unfortunately I can't recommend that as all brands are slight different numbers. But 'NORMALLY' it would be any colour with a 6 after its initial number so 5-6 5 being the medium brown colour level for darkness and the 6 being the tone of red within that dye. I hope that makes Sense

Looks so gorgeous OMG I’m dying my hair brunette. Originally I was a brunette but it was like a light mousy brown and then I went blonde and had any roots blended into it.. now it’s grown out it looks like an ombré, so I’m hoping it will turn out like yours when I dye it darker.it looks good with it being slightly lighter on the ends 😍

Omg i love it UR stunning!! Looks mature, sleek and beautiful😍Did it fade to a green tint? I’m debating dying my hair from blonde to brunette but I heard if you just throw brown dye on top of blonde hair it’ll turn out green after a few washes.
I would add a brown with a warm undertone to avoid the green.

I’m glad I found this video. I have the exact same natural hair color as you and the exact same grown out bleach lol. My roots are getting to where yours is at and I’m looking for options on dying it back myself. I watched a lot of videos and a lot of people said you need to add filler first before dying it back. I didn’t see you do that in this video but it still came out very nice. 👍🏼 when it starts fading do you just add more of this dye? Does it get darker each time or stay the same shade?
I was the exact same! I didn't use a filler because I wasn't sure i even needed too as I have never done that before and always worked out good 👍 Yes once its starts to fade, mine too around 8 months, then I just add the same dye back over again x

@@feliciafagerli9697 hair goes green if you use a darker COOL tone (which has blue in the formula) on warm hair. The box dye will tell you if it's a warm/neutral or cool tone. So if you have any yellow in your blonde (which most of us blondes do).. blue (any cool dyes) + yellow will give a sliiight khaki green. Just always work with WARM darker colours when first going from light to dark. Then progress to neutrals/cool shades. I'm no professional but just what I understand from the basic colour chart and bad experiences 🤣

Hi! 👋🏻 my natural hair is more a medium brown shade, I'd day chestnut brown. 🌰 I love to go a little darker chocolate brown to give it more Dimension. Hope that helps! X

Just finding this video. Question...isn’t the color staying on longer than 25 minutes if it takes so long to put the color on? Just concerned because my hair takes color pretty quickly. I don’t want one side to look different from the other. Any recommendations?
Year late I know but the colour won’t go darker than the box, it might take darker but it’ll wash out within a week. Don’t worry about leaving it longer than it says. You can leave it about 45 min no issues. It stops working after about an hour anyway, so you have an hour to use the dye you’ve mixed. It takes ages to apply colour sometimes so if you’re worried you can do the roots first and then go in and do the ends. Just use enough colour to saturate. As long as the roots process longer (if you have to leave it in ages) it wont look bad.
You don’t start timing as soon as it’s on. You start timing once your full head is done

Hey! I think it all depends on the level of the blonde, I've was quite dark/Golden in tone and it didn't seem to go green at all on me. Hope that helps x
if you had dark virgin hair would that dye show up?
Yes it would on virgin hair even if it is naturally dark. It will have a lovely tint and shine to it and when you're in the sun it will look stunning X

My hair is naturally dark dark brown. And blonde is pretty, but it’s expensive...I’m a college student and work part time..and I barely have time to style my hair :/ it’s really damaged now. Soo going back to brown ☺️
I have spent a lot dying mine black, red, and copper. Now I'm trying to go back to my natural light brown. I have used a couple ash toned hair dyes, but all it seems to be doing is toning down the copper. I want to cover it completely not tone it.
