Toyota Rav4 Key Fob Fix - clean or shim the buttons, replace the battery

My 2008 Toyota Rav4 Key Fob was not responding, even when the buttons were pressed hard. Here is how I cleaned the buttons, and optionally add shims over the micro switches or replace the battery.
