I was originally looking for the 'E' meme (by typing 'e' on youtube search) and found videos of this hybrid car. I like the quietness of the electric motor.

My dad owns this car. What. A. Monster. I live close to the Dutch / German border (am dutch) and just took it to the speedlimitless highway. Lovely car. 200 km/h is nicely driveable.
If you drive it almost discharged like this you won’t get any real boost from the electric motor. Do this in GTE mode, and do a proper start, and you’ll go from 0 to 100 km/h in around 6 seconds (~1600 kg and 410 NM, 235 bhp).

You should of fully charged it first, only full boost when the HV battery is at minimal 18 or 19km.
I've got a Focus 1.6t with around 200ps, and it's properly quick. Yet, I got smoked by a Golf GTE yesterday :p (from ~30 to 80km/h)
