Yep, it works great.
I use larger paint reservoirs and disconnect the whole thing from the gun body to refill.
This way, if you can't strain your paint, you can keep swapping the filters, wash them later, and keep moving.
For up to home size projects, I love it.

Thing is awesome for spraying lone doors. I could cut and roll that out in the time it took to mask and reload that thing 10 times but he is getting it done lightly. Will need another 3 spray coats to get as much paint as 1 roller coat.

@@one-ef6ix, you aren't counting how many times he will need to switch out his paint container and recharge his batteries. Then, add the fact that you should use more than one coat. It will take a very long time to prep or reload, if not both. Finally, you can potentially burn out the motor as these sprayers are not intended to run for the length of time that it would take to do all of that painting.

Those aren’t practical for bigger projects besides who wants to have to keep charging batteries non stop if you’re on a ladder 20ft in the air or in a scissor lift and have to go up and down over and over lol

@@NhuTechyour definitely thinning exterior paint with that gun. Plus I’d be 100% surprised if he’s getting more then 2-3 wet mills on that. Most exterior paints call for 4-5 wet mills. That house will prematurely fade out from sun exposure.

I have the Graco 695 ultra max $4000.00, but I just use this for most everything, but mine is the Graco 360 variable speed, it's the same as this, but it's made so that only a few different tips can be used and is a 1/4 of the price. you can also buy bigger containers for the paint. I have never tried some of the other small guns with the hoses, but if they work as good as the grayco 360 variable speed at the same price point that would be best. This gun gets heavy quick on your arm, you have to hold the paint and the gun out while painting. We are professional painters and one thing everybody knows is that good paint Guns are light and their triggers are light and smooth.That makes them more expensive.

One good thing as you can see with these and even the 360 is very little over spray. When using bigger badder sprayers like a 695 ultra you are having people move vehicles and everything. Years ago our company sprayed a dentist office building with a new contractor grade Graco with cars in the parking lot. It can cost you if you're not experienced with one! Better be insured Lol.

U should always put a grey undercoat underneath Green . U can also make it up 2 be slightly green . But 90-95% Grey .
Same with Reds Oranges Purples ect .
Hope this green recieves a few more passes ?? Otherwise life span will be super short .

I have one in my work truck. People this is a tool for making money doing small repairs. Obviously youre not supposed to paint a house with it but if you replace like 10 siding boards or some cedar shake its 10 times faster than rolling. Its not meant for big walls because the pump life is only rated for about 25 gallons of paint. Theyre expensive at $700 so its really just a tool for professionals to make money nothing else.

Sits on the shelf next to the hvlp, graco 390 lacquer only rig, titan 1150 and the gas 5500 for the big stuff. Had a 1st series too and this version works much better. Much less of a spray pattern fluctuation.🍻

That's a professional tool, no more than 20 minutes per use.

Perfect if you want to drag the job out and have to keep stopping every five minutes to refill or if you use the cord one it overheats and you have to wait till it cools to use again. You could've easily cut that out and rolled it with a heavy nap roller. So much faster

Your tip is set for up and down. Turn it 90 for side to side. Love my airless sprayer. The next size up is worth it, just drop the feed into a five gallon bucket. Also the 20” tip extension is pretty sweet.
