    I’m new to your channel from the Canadian west coast. After watching a few of your videos I understand why most French women stay so slim! I expected to be watching you eat a croissant and butter for breakfast every morning (not that there is anything wrong with that!). I think the amount of walking to and from work helps a lot as well.. I’m enjoying the videos!🇨🇦

    I cannot manage without a large breakfast coffee also!! Yesterday, was a small slither of goats cheese on a slice of sourdough for breakfast, an open tuna sandwich for lunch, and three cherry tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms, with fresh baked haddock for dinner.
    French Grandmother but otherwise British ..... Yes, I love my French cheeses!

    Maille which was readily available and cheap in the UK before brexit/covid is now expensive (£3 for the small jar) and only available with a limited selection (the flavoured ones are all gone as is their béarnaise which I used to love). Also good bread is difficult to get here and very expensive though I suspect the latter point is true in France as well.

    Did you buy that sourdough bread stuffed with dried fruit or make it yourself? I noticed you enjoy cheese like a real Frenchy 🤪 I wish I liked cheese, but I don't like the taste (sorry 😄). Thanks a lot for these healthy meal ideas you are sharing! I'm taking a few suggestions and making them my own, filling my eggs with tuna for example instead of sardines. I was in France only a week ago and I loved how fresh and diverse the vegetable and fruit section is in the supermarkets, also of great quality. The quality of fruits and veg in the supermarkets in The Netherlands (Pays Bas) isn't as good.

      You do not need meat to be healthy. Do what feels best to you. The world’s healthiest people are predominantly plant eaters. Coming from an omnivore myself but it’s true.

    I can relate.😂No matter how hot it is my morning coffee needs to be hot. I drink at around 7AM. In Cyprus iced coffee called frappé and freddo espresso are very popular, so at around 10-11 in the morning I drink one,too. I drink a lot kefir when it's hot, I find it so refreshing, too. I love sardines. I just thought about buying them this morning when I was at the supermarket, but I remember that I already have fresh and cleaned sardines in the freezer..I thaw them, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and origano and roast them quickly in the oven.. I love duck, we don't eat it very often since it's very expensive where we live and it's sold frozen..Nice video, thank you for sharing.

    Hello, from French 🇨🇦. I was wondering if you could elaborate about the serving size.For example, do you eat the entire baguette or just a slice, do you eat the entire piece of cheese or a small sliver of it. I am very interested in knowing more about your diet. Un gros merci!

    • @easyfrenchdiet
      @easyfrenchdiet  5 месяцев назад

      Hello I eat a slice of the baguette. I would say around 30 to 40 grams and same with the cheese. In a day, I eat around 100 to 150 grams of cheese. Have a nice day ☺️

    2 questions: 1)the mustard, is it dijon mustard or a milder one? I am danish, I don't know the brand in the video. 2) Do you actually eat the amount of cheese you show at 2:26? or do you just cut pieces of it? Danes only eat chesse on bread or crackers, so I am not familiar with this custom

    • @easyfrenchdiet
      @easyfrenchdiet  5 месяцев назад +2

      Hello it's Dijon mustard, the brand is Maille. But I guess that any sort of mustard would work. For the cheese no I don't eat the whole piece, maybe 1/3. Thanks for watching ☺️
