This is the first week I started writing 3 daily gratitudes. When I wake up and brush my teeth, I see the previous days gratitudes- like a song I enjoyed or the smell of the rain. I wipe away the previous date and the previous gratitudes and list tings that I'm grateful for that day. Every time I brush my teeth or take a look in the mirror, I am instantly reminded of the goods in my life. It's only been a week, but it has already made my days seem a little brighter.
actually the number one...its so true like im grateful that im healthy sometimes...im grateful to live a life to breathe soothing air...im grateful because of god's beautiful creations

Also, if anyone has any tips on how not to procrastinate every Sunday, that would be so helpful and appreciated!
As a university student I study all day almost every day and I moved out. This university life is hard for me not just mentally but also emotionally. In addition to that I fell in love with a girl there and after a long month of befriending her and looking for signs if she likes me, I decided to ask her out and I wrote her a song about it. Unfortunately she rejected me and I still feel sad about it. One of the things that I found more helpful is going on walks and travel, even if it is inside campus, it still makes me feel better and more relaxed

Remembering to be grateful sounds so easy yet it has got to be one of the hardest ones to do on the list! Being genuinely grateful for everything I have is something I find hard to do, so I think that habit being listed on number 1 is fitting.
I decided to go to bed much earlier than I usually would for a Friday night because I recognized that I have an action packed day ahead of me, and right now I feel really really good. I feel extremely relaxed and ready to begin whenever I wish to! :)

I've never felt like I was really being talked to in a video, one of the tip's felt like Amanda was talking directly to me. This is why I love this channel, the approach and scripting is top notch.
A happy habit I've somewhat learned revolves around the 'it's the little things in life that matter' mindset. I am a student leader at Outdoor school and have worked as a mentor for summer school kids. Through this process I found in my best interest to keep my phone away from me at all times, which is why I got a watch! Try to ease into a less-internet-revolving routine by starting out small, ensuring that your work and your phone stay separate. This doesn't totally have to mean work, but also hanging out with friends. Leaving your phone at home or tucked away at the bottom of your bag which you leave behind somewhere helps give you reason to engage in something around you to pass the time. Since your phone is now out of the picture, wouldn't it be easier to pick up that book and read? Maybe draw on that notebook that's easier to obtain? If your phone is left at home, there's nothing you can do about it so you don't have to worry about missing something and instead you can fill your life with healthier hobbies and engage in enjoying them. In my experience, I wasn't suppose to have my phone out around the kids I worked with, basically ever, so when I found myself bored I'd instead have the option of being productive by finding a kid to help, doodling on that notebook I bring with me, or even just taking some time to stare around at nothing in particular and appreciate all the small details of the room. If you're an artist, the best thing you can do is observe the world around you more carefully, taking mental notes of all the small colors and shapes and the more you wonder, the more you learn and the better your next art piece may be. I had an eye doctor appointment today and apparently my eyesight is either... getting better? or at least slowing down in not getting worse. They suggested this might be because I'm spending less time on my phone which made me think of al my work experiences. All my work experiences took only a few hours out of my day of not being on my phone and finding ways to actively engage in things around me and it's doing something already! I even learnt that apparently you should practice getting into the habit of blinking when you stare at your phone because you often forget to blink. The flies that constantly bother me are probably what makes me blink so much but now, now I'm just constantly blinking cuz I can and I'm noticing small changes, like the fact that I'm now getting tired which hopefully means I can fall asleep now for the busy day tomorrow :)
I agree with your assessment. Just yesterday I had a, "Murphyes Law day", one thing after another going wrong. However I found that with each problem, I found a way to "solve it" even though temporarily. For example: When I still in school, My pants button came off and my zipper opened. I didn't have my travel sewing kit but I did have some floral wire from the class before. I cut the wire at an angle to a point and stuck the button back on until I got home. I find that when you have a MacGyver mindset to fix things, you won't have bad days based on unforseen problems.
"learn to be in present moment" THATS RIGHT HOW COULD I FORGOT SUCH THING, thankyou for bringing me back to default, i always feel burned and stress out but i thought thats how i would grow and worth(no it causes malfunction tbh) thankyou so much also you did good animation and naration!! Well done❣️
Hearing her voice is a relaxation exercise that helps me slow down, do one thing at a time, I often laugh when I watch these videos which gives me more energy to prepare for the day of seeing patients, and I am grateful for this channel.
Being grateful is very effective. I sometimes just forget to do it and I feel overwhelmed by negativity. Walking/jogging works for me too. 🙂❤️ All these habits are very good, i will practice them more. 💛
Hi, thanks for sharing this. it's really helpful for someone who felt demotivated these days. Starting a new habit or taking little steps can change our life
My dog of 14 years passed away on the 9th this month and I’ve fallen into a grief depression. Every time I smile or forget that she passed away, I immediately feel guilty and don’t smile again for the rest of the day. I think bad days are ahead of me, but I’ve come to accept that I can still remember her for all her amazing memories with me and still be happy that I got to have her as my best friend since the age of 3.
These videos have helped me out of a near impossible climb of feeling of a meaningless, dull, merely existing life. There's no other videos that could be any more efficient, accurate and easy to understand. Thank you for helping me be my own best friend when I was my own worst enemy Pshyc to go.
listening to this playlist where i’ve compiled my favorite studio ghibli songs every morning has really helped me with feeling calm and helps me get through my morning. it makes you find the beautiful little details, just like the ones highlighted in ghibli films. ❤
I watch this when its midnight, when you said that should prepare for the next day, i wake up and prep for next day to get a better day. It's okay i dont have a good day today, i can do it tomorrow! Thanks
This channel has been such a staple for me as I’ve grown up and have been diagnosed with my own mental illness cocktail. Thank you so much for the digestible, very well worded breakdowns of our very human experiences 💛
i truly enjoy the emphasis this video has on being in the present, especially about going outside. no matter what kind of day i'm having, appreciating nature always helps me relax and be grateful for the present! 🌱

Stroke the cat. In the morning my anxiety is especially bad. Making a fuss of my cat lowers cortisol levels and helps me to relax. She loves it too. Every other morning I brush her, which she loves. Her purring is so therapeutic for both of us.
keeping a journal can be helpful too. sometimes writing down your ideas, things going on or how your day was can help ease the mood. not only that, but in the future you can always go back to it and see the progress you have made along the way, and how much you have grown as a person.
This episode made me smile. So super adorable and the tips mostly seem to be simple, but at the same time very smart. It's 5:25 PM. Honestly I was grumpy in my mind since morning and wasn't even enjoying today's nice meals and vacuum cleaning the flat and cleaning the dust in my room. Although it usually makes me feel satisfied... BUT this episode is the first ting, which made me smile today. Another episode to be VERY grateful for x3 Plus very nice funny and cute animation. This will go to the gratitude journal as a mention for sure. THANKS for making my late afternoon nice dear psych2go. I think this episode will be my second most favorite after the 6 habits to live a happier life x3

Almost everybody around me thought hiw am i so cheerful,or just genuinley happy . Well, these are the reason!! Great job cause the things said in the video actually works. I also have many many times when i also feel stressed, upset and out of place. So i practice these and MashaAllah i've been happier!!!
Thank you so much....... You have mention all the things that I need to hear.......i think I am not fine right now like something is wrong with me. I feel like I become lazy as I was really productive before. I really can't understand what's happening with me? Well thank you once again I will try to do this things💜💜💜☺️☺️☺️
One tip I have is, that thing you've always wanted to try, go ahead and try it. Obviously if it's not outlandish like sky diving and funds don't allow it. I mean things like pottery, pod casts, drawing, painting etc. Remember when starting something new you had to practice and practice the ability to walk.... Each attempt is you learning to just stand up. You got this I have belief in you!
"It's the little things that only we can do for ourselves that make the biggest difference" I felt that 😊 Been going through a hurricane of self-worth and anxiety-related issues tied to what I want for my future since graduation. Right now, I'm making slow effort in accepting the small mistakes I make and learning how to be more patient with myself ^^ Example being if I don't do the full routine of exercise I told myself earlier in the week to do 3x per day, I'll adjust to reaching a bear minimum without punishing myself like before ^^ Appreciate your content as always, Psych2Go :] Thank you ❤
Don't know how to express my thanks to you ma'am. I was really sad since a week and i came across this video and genuinely thank u so much for this tips. It made ray of sunshine in my heart that i will soon get better. Hope to get happy by following your tips! ❤
Spending time with my cat kinda helps (until she's yelling at me and I don't know what she wants) but going for walks without my phone helps a bit. I enjoy listening to calming music or lofi. I try to do things one step at a time but 😅 it's not the easiest but trying is part of it. Getting the news out of my life and not caring about things (might make me ignorant) but it helps also looking at things in another light also helps.
These are good ones. For me, there are are a lot of things that stress me out that are beyond my control. So I have put most of my focus on finding ways to relax/destress. (Which laughter is one of the ways that help me destress) That has helped me the most:)
my affirmations that keep me finding the good and get past unmotivated days: just do it the power is in the present being human isn't that bad. (for me this widens my perspective and empowers the human emotions and feelings in me when if things seem hard) i am a commited person (dedication is my fuel to keep focuse and motivated in what i do) i forgive myself.
Many of these has been helpful along with patience and not expecting a certain outcome. Taking a daily walk to look at the beauty of nature in and out of the city I love in has given me fresh appreciation on the little things that matter to me.
I used to be productive before, had bad days but made it through without a mental breakdown, but since last winter vacation our school gave, I started messing up my habits little by little. Before I used to sleep at 19 and wake at 4 but during holidays I slept late and woke up late. Slowly it started messing up my other habits such as praying on time etc. I struggled the most during exams, was always at my lowest and had the mindset of "jo hoga wo dekha jayega" (let's just see what happens)(idc basically) Now it's 27 March, school starts in 4 days, need to get myself together. (Yes should've started early but imma still do it)
I have a graditude notebook and sometimes I even print out pictures from events or places or people I am grateful for.. When I take the time to really be creative and bring color to the book I feel already better. :) (I am not doing it every day because... Life but once a week or more)
I'm saving this vid so I can remind myself those things, I had a pretty bad month, and things are a little better now, I'm trying to do more things I like and at least try to look more at the good side of life, like I did before, sometimes it's just rough, but those days go away eventually and we have to help ourselfs to see the good side of things ^^
I work every single day but I have started to learn to appreciate the small things in life. For example my kid will bring a toy cup to take a sip out of and I do it. Because I remember he will only be this little for a small amount of time
Planning the night before or the doing alittle thar morning help complimenting someone is good so is being grateful sometimes if you work problems arise, also with friends it's hard to laugh off when it gets on your nerves thinking of something you like helps 😮

Gratitude has turned my days around ! I keep a gratitude journal it’s my favorite part of the day ♥️
I agree with your assessment.
¡Gracias!
Thank you for your support, Micaela!
Glad you enjoy her voice! Do you have any requests?
Being grateful is very effective. I sometimes just forget to do it and I feel overwhelmed by negativity. Walking/jogging works for me too.
🙂❤️
All these habits are very good, i will practice them more. 💛
Hi, thanks for sharing this. it's really helpful for someone who felt demotivated these days. Starting a new habit or taking little steps can change our life
Going outside helps me improve my day. Changing scenery, fresh air, and moving my body are all helpful and part of the outdoor experience.
Thank you for helping me be my own best friend when I was my own worst enemy Pshyc to go.
listening to this playlist where i’ve compiled my favorite studio ghibli
songs every morning has really helped me with feeling calm and helps me get through my morning. it makes you find the beautiful little details, just like the ones highlighted in ghibli films.
I just love the adorable little sprouts u always use in your videos!
Dress with intention.
Slow mornings.
Daily reflection and meditation.
Also journaling
The last part made me realize that, I was so stressed to do a lot in one day that I completely forgot to enjoy... 🙁
Thank you... 💗✨
i truly enjoy the emphasis this video has on being in the present, especially about going outside. no matter what kind of day i'm having, appreciating nature always helps me relax and be grateful for the present! 🌱
Loki isn't Lucky
@@JohnBrown722so my name is Loki! I'm named after the Norse God 😃
1) Remember to be grateful
2) Change your scenery
3) Do one thing at a time
4) Laugh
5) Help someone else
6) Prepare the night before
7) Hype yourself up
8) Relaxation
9) Take your time
Stroke the cat. In the morning my anxiety is especially bad. Making a fuss of my cat lowers cortisol levels and helps me to relax. She loves it too. Every other morning I brush her, which she loves. Her purring is so therapeutic for both of us.
I'm stressed and entering the depresion zone. I'll try to do these things . Thanks alot❤❤❤❤❤❤
You’re not alone! You’re doing great! Hope today is good
keeping a journal can be helpful too.
sometimes writing down your ideas, things going on or how your day was can help ease the mood.
not only that, but in the future you can always go back to it and see the progress you have made along the way, and how much you have grown as a person.
I love how you explained things at 02:30] it’s so clear and easy to follow!
I don't know what to said but this channel did change me little bit, never been so grateful
This made me feel better 🪻. I’ve done a few of these. Meditating in the morning like at 6am with candle 🕯️ on and a yoga mat is also a fun idea❤
I was smiling from start to end of watching this video. I’m glad I clicked on this. We appreciate your efforts in making this video for us!!! 🥰
Thank you, really needed that rn. Feeling hopeless and exhausted, I definitely need to change up some things to deal with myself better in a kinder way..
me too
I cannot express how much I love this channel
Your videos are always so calming! Thank you for creating such in-depth and useful content around mental health. Looking forward to more!
Thank you for watching!
4:40 Lets goo! Warriors is the best series ever!
Yess!! Very much agreed. Glad someone noticed that, love that series ❤❤❤
Life is a blessing. Each and every day I express gratitude for all the blessings in My Wife and I Life.
soo, im a senior and i have this sooo serious and important exam. ive been working so hard but i still dont see any results and i feel so tired&exhausted watching this video made me hyped thx!!
These videos help me under stand myself and become a better person
"It's the little things that only we can do for ourselves that make the biggest difference"
I felt that 😊
Been going through a hurricane of self-worth and anxiety-related issues tied to what I want for my future since graduation. Right now, I'm making slow effort in accepting the small mistakes I make and learning how to be more patient with myself ^^
Example being if I don't do the full routine of exercise I told myself earlier in the week to do 3x per day, I'll adjust to reaching a bear minimum without punishing myself like before ^^
Appreciate your content as always, Psych2Go :] Thank you ❤
Loveeee ur channel it's my daily/weekly motivation..... When ever I feel low I just came here... And Literally always feeels Refreshed ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I know it doesn't sound like much but I made someone's day today just by saying "have a nice day"
Self love, Personality development, Reading books, workouts, focus are a few of them.
Don't know how to express my thanks to you ma'am. I was really sad since a week and i came across this video and genuinely thank u so much for this tips. It made ray of sunshine in my heart that i will soon get better. Hope to get happy by following your tips! ❤
9 is a must cuz when you do things without that amount of rush, you can impress yourself and improve
listening to calming music defintely is what i do, when i have so much in my mind and i wanna do that thing after another.
This is super grateful, especially to those who are struggling, they need it the most. Thank you for sharing this video 😊
Im exercising gratitude this year, and i am grateful for this video ❤
I've been doing some of these things for a while but nice to have their value validated. 🙂
Which ones were the most helpful for you?
These are good ones. For me, there are are a lot of things that stress me out that are beyond my control. So I have put most of my focus on finding ways to relax/destress. (Which laughter is one of the ways that help me destress) That has helped me the most:)
my affirmations that keep me finding the good and get past unmotivated days:
just do it
the power is in the present
being human isn't that bad. (for me this widens my perspective and empowers the human emotions and feelings in me when if things seem hard)
i am a commited person (dedication is my fuel to keep focuse and motivated in what i do)
i forgive myself.
Sometimes i am grateful of the day and that will make my day better
هذا الفيديو رائعٌ جدا ولطيف جدا 🥺💗 i love it thank you 💕
It's just a bad day not a bad life 🎀🌷🫶🏼
Many of these has been helpful along with patience and not expecting a certain outcome. Taking a daily walk to look at the beauty of nature in and out of the city I love in has given me fresh appreciation on the little things that matter to me.
The art is adorable and the voice is so soothing. I could fall asleep watching these, so calm and nice
I watched this video one month ago, but my mood was completely changed!
Every day I try and come up with and list for myself 5 things I am Grateful for.
this channel is my comfort zone😩❤️
I like being more outdoors which helps me feel more relaxed and less stressed.
You can also try learning a new language. Trust me my friends, it's fun
I try every day 🙈 is really fun
I used to be productive before, had bad days but made it through without a mental breakdown, but since last winter vacation our school gave, I started messing up my habits little by little.
Before I used to sleep at 19 and wake at 4 but during holidays I slept late and woke up late.
Slowly it started messing up my other habits such as praying on time etc.
I struggled the most during exams, was always at my lowest and had the mindset of "jo hoga wo dekha jayega" (let's just see what happens)(idc basically)
Now it's 27 March, school starts in 4 days, need to get myself together.
You just have to be happy to feel this life and thank God every day for being alive
Parasympathetic music for soothing the nervous system helps a lot. If I can't stop the anxiety for long periods of time I'll put that on.
Love his little stuffy bee. So cute.
Already so excited for this video, been struggling. Love your guys videos and art❤
Today i learnt that doing things for myself will bring me joy rather than seraching it in the phone
Its a good takeaway for the day
Having a productive and supportive environment also have big deals, because what people give us can effect our mood
I work every single day but I have started to learn to appreciate the small things in life. For example my kid will bring a toy cup to take a sip out of and I do it. Because I remember he will only be this little for a small amount of time
Planning the night before or the doing alittle thar morning help complimenting someone is good so is being grateful sometimes if you work problems arise, also with friends it's hard to laugh off when it gets on your nerves thinking of something you like helps 😮
thank you so much for these!! i am really having a hard time making my day better so I am looking for a solution to make myself feel good.
Hi! I know that life can be hard sometimes, I’m going trough a hard time too rn. I’m sure you’ll reach your goals!
Thanks psy, your advices and cuteness cheer me up a lot on my bad and stressful day.
