I love the built-in nose wire section, and the top loading filter pocket under a flap, so I made this mask per specifications. However, At 3 3/4" tall, this is a HUGE mask, more suited for adult men with large faces - it left enormous air gaps on the sides of my face and under my chin no matter how I tied it. I reworked, adding two more (small) pleats at top and bottom, thereby decreasing to ~3", which fits perfectly, without air gaps. Also, after watching the video numerous times, I added 1/2" hem allowance for the top portion that gets tucked in under the lining -- I don't like raw edges.

I would like to add a tip, if I may.
Use Soft Wire Tie from Miracle-Gro. It comes in 20 ft rolls at your local gardening center (I went to my local Fred Meyer). It's mainly used for tying vines or plants to stakes.
This stuff is the perfect gauge of wire and is covered in a soft, grippy foam so it's comfortable.
I would suggest you make sure the seam for the nose wire is bigger (I used 5/8”). This stuff is grippy so it won't slip inside the fabric but it'll be hard to get in or out if you use the 3/8" stated in the video. Also, you can cut the wire and then stretch the foam a bit over the cut ends so it won't expose the wire.

Thanks for this tip. Now that every store is closed (especially so here in NYS) I'll have to check online,
