I'm glad to make it in, Jingles. I love my war canoe and had a blast in that match. Unfortunately, the wiring in my apt needs replacing, so that's the lag spikes you are seeing. It was still very fun, and I only needed 400 bxp for the naval battle star.

When I see this ship, Jingles' first video title featuring it pop up in my mind.
"Long, hard and full of seamen"
and 'they asked th czar how many guns and torpedo launchers he wants on his new destroyer' and he said 'all of them!'
"A Game of Noes" seems to establish itself as a spin-off it seems. I hope we'll also get an "A Game of Woes" series for games where everything went wrong and an "A Games of Foes" series for epic duels between clans or high profile players (with footage from both sides...?) at some point
If we want to make a game of foes a thing, I have some replays from Clan Battles a couple of seasons ago that were uploaded to the site that makes them usable. And I have perspectives from both sides.
Including one replay from the end of the season where both sides were full teams of destroyers.
"A Clash of Pings" for submarine replays
Nah, I think we need to do separate series for those. I’m not saying we shouldn’t cover those topics, but I do think I don’t want to see a “game of throws cinematic universe”
A Game of Toes - Games where it gets so close where both sides were close to winning it keeps you at the edge of your toes.
The Chumphon's turrets rotating to see the incoming torps a split second before they hit was so satisfying. They look like a bunch of small faces realizing their doom was at hand. XD

I mean, I committed a few mistakes. Altho I wasn't expecting the NY to have the salvo of the century and nuke half my health xD
Not going for the two caps to the left after killing the Chumphon and New York was a mistake that cost them the game.
@riquelmeone still would have been a loss. The best I would have been able to do is flip both of them by the time they had a points advantage from killing both of my remaining teammates. 2 caps vs 2 caps with them having points advantage still hands them the win. My only hope was to try and apply pressure to keep my teammates alive.
I absolutely love the appearance of this boat. I don't mean this as an insult at all, but the way it has both more modern looking features and antiquated is perfect. They nailed the "ship out of history" look.

He had a terrible team. 5 ships lost the D cap to a single BB, and they never really moved from the East. But I guess that's what made it into a Game of Noes.
I've recently joined the master PC gamer gang with a decent rig. I just started playing World of Warships, after being a fan for many years. I am enjoying it, and I might even submit my game play if I can figure out how that works. I'm blaming you for my gaming addiction at this stage of my life! Keep up the great work!

NEVER underestimate the mighty war canoe. This thing is a beast, especially given the right matchup. Still today one of my most favorite destroyers in the game. Unique, fun to play and a nuisance for the enemy.
Ohh - my favorite ship in the game! You can have a lot of fun if it's played right. Of course, it has a lot of limitations, but you can work around them. Short torpedo range? Use it as a shotgun! Long gun reload time? Use all skills to reduce it, especially 'Adrenaline Rush'. Use AP against cruisers! Citadels are guaranteed :) Slow rotation of the guns? Use the 360° skill.
You can really have fun with this thing. But of course you also need luck...
You know you have watched Jingles for too long when you can guess when he will say the phrase “Smokescreens are torpedo magnets”

It looks like the Okhotnik plays like the IJN destroyer the Isokaze.

the layout of the guns on the Okhotnik make it look like a 7 gun firing squad seems so appropriate for a ussr ship.

"Not particularly good but fun" describes some of my favorite ships in the game. The Agincourt, for example, or the Michelangelo, aren't great, but they can be a blast to play.

@@professormoriarthus I so miss his series and the livestreams were probably the most chillout things ever. Hilarious when he played with some of his buddies. He grew tired of the game and stopped posting around the beginnig of covid, which, seeing as he is a police officer, he probably had other things to do. But damn, I still check the channel every now and then to see if he comes back.

Right after he sank the Chumphon at 16:00 he should have headed to B and then A to take away both caps while his team members continued to fight the other team in C & D. This would have raised the points totals faster than any losses at C & D and his team would have won.... maybe.

Jingles, did you ever play the non canon game(s) Star Wars Force Unleashed? Recently replayed it and it just scratches an itch no other Star Wars game ever could.
