  • Right people so there it is, the new project car. Yep its a high mileage MK5 GTI DSG, with practically 200k on the clock. Seems crazy I know but hopefully we'll try and see how long this thing lasts lol. Should be good fun.

Replace cam follower, replace pcv, new oil pick up pipe, revision G DV, swirl flap delete, down pipe, induction kit, hpfp, intake carbon build and injector cleaning service and if you're feeling generous get a K04 turbo and you my man will have a 360+ bhp and 500+ nm little rocket. K04 turbo
    S3 injectors
    upgraded HPFP internals
light breathing mods (intake/high flow or catless DP)

    should see you at 400bhp

That service history looked very good, when going for cars this old cars like this one with bags of history with last longer then your 89k-100k examples without. 10 years plus buy a car on condition and history over millage

A lot of car for not much money.
6K oil changes on Mobil 1, and this car will run forever.
And the best bit, it’s depreciation free 👍🏻

P.S. You've mentioned swapping the key fob for mk7 one. Can you elaborate please? Where can one learn about that?
