Bill Russell Sam Jones 21 rings together dominated the 60s Wilt Chamberlain Jerry West 33 games winning streak Magic Johnson Kareem Abdul-Jabbar dominated 80s
@@southwest1988 I agree, but they lost to the Celtics and Knicks 2x in the Finals though. They should have beat the Celtics in 69' and the Knicks in 70'. I can understand the 73' Finals loss, they were old and done by then. They had West, Baylor, and Wilt for like 4 of those years, and just underachieved. Those squads were title or bust teams. You look at Johnny's top 6, they all won multiple titles together as tandems. Those late 60s and early 70s Lakers teams had 3 legit superstars in their primes essentially, maybe only the 2022 Nets have had that much offensive star fire power since.
Jokic and steph yeah defense is questionable but damn it its the perfect offensive duo. Curry's off ball movement and shooting + Jokic's inside dominance and playmaking
Which player would you like to have on your team with the ability of another combined? 1. Embiid with Kyrie Irving ball handling skill. 2. Anthony Davis with Lebron playmaking 3. Shaq with Magic passing 4. Giannis with Dirk Nowitzki shooting 5. Jokic with Jordan defense
Those two as a duo in their primes would win nothing, neither of them want to be the robin. They would clash a lot because of their immense egos and very contrasting leadership styles. Kobe has never worked well with dominant ball handlers, he really was only great in the triangle system that was about team ball movement and spacing balance. LeBron is his own gravitational heliocentric system, that is not ideal for Kobe because he needs the ball to be a playmaker himself.
@@tridra5714 Lol the olympics? Come on, look at that team. Everybody knows when you play in an Olympic tourney together, it's only for a month essentially, so you just need to play team ball that long. Team USA was going to win gold regardless. We are talking about LeBron and Kobe playing years together, think about all the drama those two would be in together. LeBron is very passive aggressive, nothing is direct with him, where as Kobe is very direct and pragmatic. Those two would not fit together. Kobe worked with Shaq because A) Kobe was young B) Shaq's dominance was too overwhelming to not feed him the ball C) They played under the greatest coach of all-time and a tremendous ball sharing offense. LeBron is his own system, you can't relegate Kobe to just spot up shooting orbiting around LeBron's drives.
As for my duo of all time: I’ll take prime Joe Fulks (sure his prime was Pre-NBA, but he still did play) and Mikan. They definitely won’t be the best duo suggested, but like all pre-70s ball I need more.
It took a 72 wins Bulls with the addition of The Worm and home court advantage in the deciding Game 6 to beat Gary Payton and Shawn Kemp's SuperSonics. And if Steve Nash's and Amare Stoudemire didn't break the rules unintentionally in Game 4 of the 2007 Western Conference Finals against Tim Duncan's Spurs, they could've been champions and cementing both their legacies.

Great list
Jokic and steph yeah defense is questionable but damn it its the perfect offensive duo. Curry's off ball movement and shooting + Jokic's inside dominance and playmaking
I agree with your list...👌
Which player would you like to have on your team with the ability of another combined?
1. Embiid with Kyrie Irving ball handling skill.
2. Anthony Davis with Lebron playmaking
3. Shaq with Magic passing
4. Giannis with Dirk Nowitzki shooting
5. Jokic with Jordan defense
shaq with magic passing = the goat
so shaq with magic passing
Your crazy the top duo was Baylor and West! They both averaged 27 points a game together, that is sharing a basketball.
Spot on list besides having #4 and #5 in the wrong order.
My dream duo is MJ & Kobe or KG and Chris Paul.
Good list. Not worth nitpicking. A duo you missed might be Walt Frasier + Earl Monroe... as an honorable mention.
KOBE is the greatest 2 defender and Shaq was a BEAST 5 in the paint...
Kobe and Bron... Mamba mentality pushing King James to the limits... that would be a scary duo
@@QuestionEverything562 these two played perfectly in the olympics and lebron was able to work with every one he played with.
U are my favorite basketball you tuber you are incredibly smart
Im not sure who i would pick but this video was great
As for my duo of all time:
I’ll take prime Joe Fulks (sure his prime was Pre-NBA, but he still did play) and Mikan. They definitely won’t be the best duo suggested, but like all pre-70s ball I need more.
Idk I always thought of Miami as the big 3 but I agree about ur point
It took a 72 wins Bulls with the addition of The Worm and home court advantage in the deciding Game 6 to beat Gary Payton and Shawn Kemp's SuperSonics. And if Steve Nash's and Amare Stoudemire didn't break the rules unintentionally in Game 4 of the 2007 Western Conference Finals against Tim Duncan's Spurs, they could've been champions and cementing both their legacies.
putting steph and klay over lebron and wade is crazy lol
the one FMVP point with the splash bros doesn't mean as much when we all know the 2015 Iguodala fmvp was the worsy fmvp decision ever and makes no sense
Larry Bird & Magic Johnson on the same team would be a basketball wet dream! 🏀
Gary and Kemp are the most underrated duo ever and dont get credited enough for what they did
Glad the splash bros made the list. Shaq and Kobe should be 1 but because of the turmoil they probably have to settle for second
Top 5 What if Duos ever: this would also be great vid concept
1: Hakeem & Michael
2: Kobe & KG
3: Len Bias & Reggie Lewis
4: Tmac & Duncan
5: LeBron & Rose
For dunk highlights only, I'd like to see Vince and T-mac.
Wanna do my list before I watch...
1. Magic - Kareem
2. Jordan - Pippen
3. Shaq - Kobe
4. Stockton - Malone
5. Lebron - Wade
6. Russell - Havlicek
7. Curry - Thompson
8. West - Baylor
9. Bird - McHale
10. Duncan - Parker
11. Dumars - Thomas
12. Payton - Kemp
Alex Caruso & Any player is #1
Fact: Anthony Davis and Dwight Howard never won a title without the CaruSHOW. Carushowtime Lakers would crush these current Lakers tbh, sorry to #1 ranked Player in the league Austin Reeves
