That song is Swedish Pagans, I suggest the Wacken live performance with the amazing Tina Guo.
Oh we're getting the whole trifecta today!
The song he played on the organ that everyone was sing to was Swedish Pagans. A decent song.
When you talked about how cool it was that they gave the red baron a honorable burial it made me think of Project Azorian where the US raised part of a Soviet submarine and gave some bodies of Soviet sailors a military burial at sea.
Yes, they did also took some photos from burial and they played both U.S and Soviets anthem.
There´s a video from actual thing from 70s.
ruclips.net/video/bRSHhfk7aGs/видео.html&ab_channel=czguris
Decent song ... it's like THE song for a live show - you hear the song after the concert leaving the arena because it sits so well in the head and is fun and awesome !
@@waytosexy896 the 2019 version of Swedish Pagans from Wacken when Tina Guo plays cello are something extraordinary.
@@Northman-from-the-North yeah we sang that one till we fell over asleep in our tents or cars XD
I'm gonna start upvoting before even starting the video.
Haha love ur videos. Seeing new people watch Sabaton is always a joy! By the way, the song the crowd was singing is called - 'Swedish Pagans'. It's an inside joke within Sabaton community where Joakim is tired of playing that song just too much but the fans and at times band members persuade him to sing it sooo much, so he does end up singing it.
Lol

The only right answer, both!
I read a book a few years back that had pages from His wingmans diary. The Red Baron was an outstanding human being. It was said that he painted his plane red so that he stood out more and would tempt the enemy to attack him instead of other planes in his group. He wanted to protect them
yeah who then proceeded to paint their planes in bright colours aswell and became known as the flying circus
Now this was a fun song to work on as my first mix.
Important notice DO NOT LET YOUR DOG LISTEN TO THIS SONG YOU WILL NOT GET HIM OFF THE TOP OF HIS DOG HOUSE ALSO .... HE JUST MOUNTED TWO BROWNINGS TO HIS HOUSE
i really appreciate the complete experience ( official video , live and history) all in one video
We Scandinavians, and especially we from Sweden, always likes to get dressed like Donald Duck when we drink beer by wearing a small silly hat and no trousers. 🤭🍺
There was a "Black Baron" in WW2, but he was a tank commander not a pilot.
Yep, aka Michael Wittman with if I remember around 139 armor kills.
@@xJamesLaughx Wittmans record was most likely Inflated as he was an SS poster boy, the two best german tank aces where Otto Carious and Kurt Knispel.
@@abyssus9304 Well thats with all "records" in a war, all inflated for propaganda reasons.
But there also was a Black devil, that's how the Russians called him Erich "Bubi" Hartman with around 352 Kills in air combat
when people say sabatons done alot for the preservation of history or raising awareness to stories not many know about i 100% believe that. i lost interest in history during high school cause the teaching methods and formats just where kinda boring, long form alot of reading or drawn out long videos. but between sabaton and yarnhub, ive fallen in love with history again. even tho its short form content they still make it fun and packed with relevant info.
Their legacy
I suggest 40-1 live. UPRISING THE MUSIC VIDEO note the deputy defense minister of Poland is in it as an underground leader.
A little fun fact about that live version clip:
At the start of the clip the crowd was chanting "Noch ein Bier" (which means "another beer" in German) and is, according to Joakim himself as he said to in one of their performances I had the luxury of witnessing, a uniquely german thing. Everywhere else the fans chant SA-BA-TON as one might expect. But in Germany or any near enough show with a majority of german fans attending, it's always "Noch ein Bier" and he gets to drink, well ... another beer. And when he says they don't have any more beers backstage, a fan is liable to offer theirs in sacrifice. At the rather small show I was at he even accepted, grudgingly. Back then he also pulled the same line about scandinavians getting naked when drunk. I have yet to see him naked however, so clearly we have to step up our game!
Thats great. Thanks for sharing.
Great! it took some time to watch, as it took to record, but i reeeealy appreciate this package
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great reaction, love that you did three parts of this.
Much love from Sweden ❤️
The song the crowd starts singing in the live video is called Swedish Pagans which is about vikings
The song the crowd was chanting is Swedish Pagans. There's a whole running joke with it where Joakim pretends (I think) to hate the song and never wants to do it.
Thanx for doing all 3 videos, it's always a great watch to see your reactions.
Ohhh ohhh ohhh ooooooohhh. Let's be honest, you're hooked now and you'll react to Swedish Pagans after this.
It's on the list.
I'm so glad that I found your channel yesterday. I love the way you run your channel, I love that you show the music video, the live videos, and the history videos. Sabaton is one of the greatest metal bands ever. I love that they tell stories of the past historical wars with their music. I learned more about world history through their music than I have ever learned from my teachers when I was in school. I love Sabaton
I'm glad you are enjoying the channel
Thanks for taking the time to explore Sabaton and the histories they sing about. I am proud of having been a fan to them for a decade and I enjoy watching reactors discover them. Your reactions are always good, so thank you
The Red baron is even in the Empire Earth Campaign. ^^ First time I heard of him there.
3K Congrats!
Thanks
Indy Neidell was playing Lawrence of Arabia in the video of Seven Pillars of Wisdom. Great song and a great history!
not only was he famed for his fighting prowess, he was also known for his gallantry, respect, and honor. he despised people who killed harmless/down and out but still alive opponents, he would treat POW's with respect and even invite them to dinners to get to know them, he always treated those who he downed with respect etc. in fact he, along with his teacher Boelk, he was so well respect that the allies flew a wreath over a german base with the epitaph "to Oswald Boelcke, a gallent and worthy foe".
Manfred von Richtofen (the full name of the Red Baron) was so well respected as well that he was buried in a war hero's only cemetary, much like Arlington. when they found out that a group of little bastards desecrated his grave EVERYBODY on ALL sides, were pissed off and wanted to beat them to death. his body was then sent back home and buried there, again with full military honors.
So glad you were able to watch the history video!
The animated story video also gives a lot of context. =)
Glad you enjoyed it!
This song makes me so excited for no reason
Red Baron Part 2 is also a pretty good history video that covers other Aces from WW1.
It was a miracle that early fighters even flew, let alone flew with balls of steel Red Baron possessed!
Need to watch the doco investigating his death, they had the back plate of the seat telling that the bullet came from the ground.
Fun fact. The Red Baron on stage,is Sabaton's pyro technician. And allow me to say. Another great reaction to all three videos.
And they really are that much fun at a live concert!!
You should really continue this concept with Sabaton. Nobody else does that ;)
If you ever get the chance to see them live, do it. The energie at their show is amazing, even here in the states.
Also RAISE HELL PRAISE DALE!
There is not one day that this song doesn't get me excited
And yes...R.I.P. Dale Earnhardt He was a great driver and sportsman.
Can`t wait till March 6. Sabaton Royal Arena Denmark. Biggest inndoor Arena in Denmark
The one song was Swedish Pagans. Everybody likes to tease him, and make him play it. He pretends to be annoyed, but you can tell he’s enjoying it.
It’s a running gag in the band, and the fans even do it sometimes.
We still have a jagdgeschwader in germany called "von Richthofen"
There is so many GREAT Sabaton songs.
*Price Of A Mile
*The Final Solution
*Carolus Rex
*Screaming Eagles
*Great War
*Lion From The North
*Coat Of Arms
*40 to 1
Just to mention a few...
🤘
Of these I've only done screaming eagles so far.
@@TouchyReactions so much to Iook forward to 👍
You forgot one of the classics, Swedish Pagans. :P
@@Templarofsteel88 no I didnt forgot that song, I just dont mentioned it 😉
The official sabaton channel on RUclips has only good songs on it, no matter where you look, you can't find a bad one
One thing that was mentioned
very briefly mentioned in the history video is that Rictofen was possibly hit by ground fire. Most people don't think about it, but how did the ground troops retaliate against these new aircraft? Anti air guns weren't widely available throughout the war. So the soldiers were taught to lay on their backs and shoot up at the planes as they passed over. The pictures of this are kinda amusing, but are interesting once you know why they're doing it.
Sabatonnnnn Huraaaaa!!!
You are a true badass when enemy bury you with full military honors.
Crowd is shouting "Noch ein bier" Another beer ;)
I love this live performance. Listening and Watching is just great. Showmanship, Talent, Skill, and just good Music. This was really really good.🔥

Thank You 🙌🇳🇱🙋🏼♀️
You may want to watch vlogging through history on this subject.
at 8:10 you asked what the melody was. it was an other song from sabaton called "swedish pagans"
Didn't expect to learn about Dale Earnhardt on this video lol. But for what you said I guess it was a good comparison. the same can be applied to a lot of important figures all over the world. Thanks for your reaction! I guess I need to leave F1 a little bit and check out some NASCAR stories now.
Yeah, that was nice. I knew nothing about NASCAR, but I found it an interesting comparison AND I learnt something new today!
Nascar honestly sucks now, anything past like 2016 isn't really with watching. I grew up with the young guns and they're mostly retired now and it's full of kids that can't drive like they should and cry about everything. The best times were where someone threw Jr, Gordon or Stewart the bird and they'd put them into the wall for it
@@dllnbms7 Oh god Dale Sr. did that once. xD He was just telling Kurt Busch he was number 1 I swear, lol
The song on the organ is Swedish Pagans it's a good song
ur content is amazing man
Thanks
Another great video good job! The song you heard being played that the crowd started to go along with at the beginning of the live performance is Swedish Pagans.
I Love this Story of My Famous NEMESIS!!!! (I've had the Nickname "Snoopy' since 1975)
Please react to Cliffs of Gallipoli and Ballard of Bull and also please watch the history videos for both. Loving your reactions, keep up the awesome work.
Oh, Cliffs of Gallipoli is one of my favourites. I think one should watch the history episode beforehand, though? What do you think?
probably the song first as the history is a 2 part video
I'm a new subscriber, love your videos! You should totally do the song Great War by Sabaton...yeah I know what you're gonna say..."Ihhhh...Sabaton again...when will it stop". But just like No Bullets Fly, this song will totally get to you. Thank you for your videos and for entertaining us!😀
Camouflage by sabaton you really need to listen too, believe it's set in Vietnam. It's an amazing sad story
Story is about one soldier trapped behind enemy lines and has help from a unlikely source. Don't wanna ruin it just take a listen
Any plans to react to "the great war" or "attack of the dead men"? They're awesome!
Yes just working up to them on the list.
@@TouchyReactions amazing news 😁 looking forward to them! New album coming out soon(ish) so much more to look forward to 😆
@@NorthernWolf92 mhhhh christmas truth so gooood
Would love to see your reaction to Attack of The Deadmen + the live version in Moscow featuring Radio Topak
you know you did something right, if your enemy is giving you a funeral with all military honors.
Most people in Europe probably know the legend of the red baron, one of the greatest dog fighters in ww1. I can't remember how he died but he shot down round 100 planes.
@Steve-td3ig old post. So he had 80 confirmed wins but it may be in the 100s with uncomforted wins.
World war two channel, which is hosted by Indy, have a good series between two wars playlist, from Spanish flu, making ways to commercial flights KLM- airline company was founded 1919, it is still going after 100 years of service through prohibition to start of ww2. 58 videos from 1918 to 1939.
Lots of thing happened during those years many of which are still visible in today.
love this official video
He played Swedish Pagans on the organ. The joke is that Joákim doesn't like the song but the crowds at the shows would always start singing it in between songs.
Its become an ongoing joke between the crowd and the band and Swedish Pagans is always one of the closing songs at their shows.
Okay, I get it now.
The Wacken 2019 with Tuna Guo is I think one of the funniest renditions of this
Oh hell yeah
There was a movie made a few years ago by a German company. Not really historical accurate but still a good movie. Obviously called the Red Baron it's on RUclips for free. The thing to remember those planes where covered in a highly flammable coating to keep the fabric tight.and no chutes either. So it was either burn alive or fall to your death should your plane be set aflame.
Swedish Pagans is the song he played on the organ
Could you please react to HammerFall ”Hammer of Dawn” a really cool heavy metal song and video
Sadly, I believe Joakim didn't actually get naked.
Ohhh swedish pagans. In 2014 sabaton did a small gig in Manchester - England, they did swedish pagans and i injured my knee while everyone jumped around, comes 2016 and i had knee surgery from it, my knee cap broke in 3 pieces 😂 would i jump around to the song again?? Hell yeah 😂
And the live version, for anyone that wounder, its bach D minor they play on the organ. AND it is true, we do get naked when we are drunk 🙈
According to your channel's name and after having seen a couple of your videos, i think you really like touchy videos and catching live concerts.
So I'm sure you gonna like "Blind Guardian - Bards Song & Valhalla" as well
It's also a power metal band and I've been watching this video over and over for years now and it's still giving me chills (in a positive way).
So I'd like to see your reation to it as well. :-)
If interested just make sure you're using the "Wacken 2016" version of this song here on YT. It offers both the best quality and athmosphere.
will do
@@TouchyReactions Thanks, I'm looking forward to it :-)
Yeah, nordics usually get naked when we drink, so its true :D
Everytime I do a burnout, it's for Dale. #Doitfordale
When you do Sabaton shiroyama live video watch Hellfest 2017
Oh yes! Love this one! And now I want pizza!
Counterstrike is a good sabaton song on the 7 days war
Seven days? Six days. ”Six days of fire, one day of rest”

Notes, the music is an edit job from the Red Alert game and the Chilean armed forces have nothing to do with the Nazis.
They were trained in the late 1890s by Prussian and Reichswehr officers. Hope you like it!
