As I have noted the above is oversimplified ,of course it is,I would need to go to the few decent(though must-thank you helion and verlag books- gladly saw more are coming out) for references,it would take hours,and really,as a proletariat,it's just a self satisfied smugness I would be ranting about so I'm happy with a "shoot the rich" whine.
